I was happy now when I woke up a little later to Megatron watching me and gently stroking me...I couldn't tell if I was going back to sleep or not. "If you keep it up, I'll fall back to sleep." I said not moving, he stopped his gentle stroking, "I didn't tell you to stop, I was only warning you." I said as he chuckled and started petting me again. I just smiled and snuggled more.
"We're probably in space by now." I heard Megatron say, "Why?" I asked still dazed, "I'm reviving the Auto-bots and Desepticons on Cybertron to become my army." Megatron dumbed it down for me, "How? isn't your planet light years away?" I asked, "We have a space bridge that can get them through." Megatron said, I frowned, "So your going to take over earth?" I asked the unspoken truth. I had to wait a few seconds before Megatron spoke up. "Yes, but I can guarantee your safety Ashe. I wouldn't let anything bad happen to you." Megatron said picking me up instead of continuing his pets. "Remember I pinky promised."
Megatron had put me on his shoulder as I just snuggled down on him, ignoring the end of the world. I normally thought Zombie apocalypse with 'humans' not giant alien robots....or butterflies, their planning our demise as we know it. I'm trying to awake up but failing. I just laid there on his shoulder as he walked to the deck of the Nemesis. Megatron had his 'War Lord Mask' on, I didn't care, as long as he don't ding dong ditch me again.
When we got to the deck I finally sat up and rubbed my eyes looking out the wrap around window, I saw space. I just smiled a bit watching the stars as Megatron taped a few times on the panel in front of us. "Optimus Prime never disappoints. Unlike you StarScream." Megatron growled looking behind us, I turned my head as well. I could see Screamer glaring daggers at me... I knew he wanted me gone.
"No need for concern, Master. Soundwave is locking onto Cybertron's coordinates, per my instructions." Screamer said, as Megatron turned his attention back to the panel. I saw Screamer glare at me, I stuck my tongue out and turned my back to him.
"Surly Lord Megatron, the Auto-bots are up to something." Screamer said pointing out the obvious, we have been here for a few minutes and no fight has broken out yet. "Really, StarScream?" Megatron turned and leaned in, and he became sassy. I could feel the sarcasm off of him from my point on his shoulder. Screamer didn't have anything to say so Megatron turned back around and hit a button on the panel. "Crush them!"
I saw some Seekers fly towards the Auto-bots, well now it's a show. "Aw, I need popcorn for this." I whined, it was going to turn out like an action movie soon. I both felt and heard Megatron chuckle. "Yes, I could certainly quench my thirst watching this fight." I heard Megatron say as we watched the Auto-bots beat off the seekers.
"Lord Megatron the space bridge is ready for activation." Screamer said after a while. "Finally." was all that Megatron said, until the space bridge moved again. "StarScream, what is happening?" Megatron growled, Screamer started stuttering a bit, so he asked Soundwave. "Soundwave, what is happening?"
"Now StarScream." Megatron asked after a few more minutes, "Now." Screamer replied pressing a button, turning the Space bridge on. "This is where we will have to depart Ashe, I'll be back." Megatron set me down on another panel, "I expect you to mind your own business StarScream. I will tear off your wings if you hurt Ashe in any way." Megatron threaten as he left. I just climbed the panel to sit at the top, to continue to watch everything.
Megatron had the whole thing of Dark Energon and chucked that thing like a baseball towards the space bridge. Optimus tried blasting it but failed, as it touched down onto their planet. Soon I was watching Megatron's 'throw-down' with Optimus. I saw the other Auto-bots retreat more or less, but to where?
oh Scrap!
"Sound, Screamer where are the other Auto-bots going!?" I asked, as they both looked at me then at each other. "Master?" Screamer said over com-link, "Starscream? What is it!" I heard Megatron growl back. "I do not wish to question your all seeing wisdom, but I believe the Auto-bots are up to something again. Beneath your bridge this time." Screamer informed.
"Starscream. My army approaches, Rendezvous with the space bridge for pick up." I heard Megatron order, but with in a few minutes the space bridge was collapsing. "StarScream, where is my ship!?" Megatron questioned, "We would never make it, Lord Megatron. Don't be a fool! Take flight and retreat!" Screamer said back.
I kept watch but...
Megatron didn't come back...
The Space Bridge soon exploded...
as cool as the explosion was...
I still don't see Megatron.

"Decepticons, it is with deep sorrow. That I note for the log, that Megatron's spark has been extinguished...All hail StarScream." I heard him say, "Now, Fleshy. we're dropping you off so say goodbye to everyone." Screamer said and was about to nab me, but Sound had beat him to me.
"~I will tear off your wings if you hurt Ashe in anyway!~" Sound played the recording of Megatron's threat, "I'm leader now! So The fleshy goes!" Screamer reached out to grab me away from Sound who in turned smacked his hand away. "~I expect you to mind your own business StarScream!~" Sound played another recording and left with me in his hand, that left Screamer growling.
Sound took me to his quarters, and laid me down next to his audio fin. I knew Sound wasn't one for contact but he didn't budge or say no for when I curled up against him, instead I felt him shift to were I was now against his screen face. His fingers gently pressing on my back pushing me a bit more against his screen. I just closed my eyes I felt sleep taking me.
I knew Sound and the others wouldn't give me up so easily. Even if StarScream is leader. Sound will keep Screamer at bay. And I guess I'll just stick around a bit more...
just in case Megatron does make it back...
Just in case he did survive the huge explosion...
he will come back...
After all...
He promised.
