Briar POV

3 months later

I was now 7 months or as I like to call it heavily pregnant. I had been able to afford a small flat on top of a flower shop, Which I worked in, outside of Toronto. I had died my hair a more aurbern colour and obviously looked very different with a big belly. I was so happy no one had recognises me. The first month was so hard I was homeless for most of it and slept where I could and ate what I could. However I applied for every job I could and eventually got this one which also had a flat which just made it amazing.

I didn't know what gender I was having yet as I wanted a surprise but I think it's a girl. It's getting harder to work as my bumps growing but I promised I would work until 1 week before the due date and then have 6 months off after. This was part of my work contract but I didn't mind as long as I had a job.

I was arranging the flowers into a bouquet when a man walked in, this shocked me as usually it was all ladies.
" hello" he said to me in a cool tone "hi" I replied not looking up
"I'm here to collect some flowers for a Mr Trojman, for an engagement, roses? " he asked
This made me stop and look up, more closely, it was Myles. And thankfully He didn't know it was me.
"Okay I'll just get them for you" I replied going into the back of the shop. I couldn't believe it that was Myles, my Myles. He looked older and Trev and Brittany are getting engaged. But I can't give the game away now I've worked so hard to get here

"Are you alright in there" I heard Myles call " just don't want you to strain yourself"
I emerged either flowers in a big box " no I'm fine don't worry" he thanked me and payed for the flowers
"When are you due Briar?" He asked
"2 months" I replied not thinking
