Felix

I am still angry at Aro for letting Caius torture her. I didn't care much when I didn't see her but when she walked in the room I cared.

The way she limped in and how her breath caught with every step. The burses on her caked skin and the dry tears on her face. The smell was the worst, like she swam in a sewerage and ran a mile.

"Oh my god." Corin gasped and dropped her meal.  Everyone glanced at me.

Aro was so happy and everyone was impressed. I was disgusted with them all. Leah wasn't just another worthless human. She is, in a way, one of us.

She didn't radiate warmth like I remembered. She was as cold as a corpses and she was shivering. When she killed the boy she look like she was going to cry.

"Felix." Aro called me. I stepped forward and Leah eyed me. Her eyes was still honey brown with delicate lashes.
Her gazed locked me in place. I didn't I miss looking at her as much as I did then.

The last thing I expected happened, Marcus smiled. "Aro. Come see Didyme."

He's been very talkative lately.

Aro took his hand. "It is like Didyme Marcus."

Aro smiled and took Leah's hand, "Marvelous " He then took my hand and gasp excitedly.

"What is it dear?" Sulpicia asked with a mother-like smile on her face.

"It's them mating Sulpicia. It happened right in front of us." Aro told her. I felt like an exhibit.

"How romantic?" Sulpica sighed.

"So, who cares?" Athenodora asked.

"She's the first female wolf we've ever seen." Aro told her.

"That is true, when ever the children of the moon bit a woman, the woman would die in pain." Sulpicia smiled at Leah's discomfort.

"And she the first female of her pack. And she's mine to study." Aro explained.

We are an exhibit to Aro.

"Oh. That's interesting." Athenodora admitted. "She would be more useful if she could stand Caius."

"Taming her is hard work. Your lucky she's alive." Caius told Athenodora.

"Oh really?" She challenged.

Caius took her bait, "She so stubborn and annoying."

Aro told me, "Take her away and get her cleaned up before she meets the little ones."

I gave him a small bow and motioned her to fallow me.

I heard a thub and I saw Leah face first on the ground.

"You couldn't catch her Felix. You had one job." Santiago pulled me out of my trance.

"Oh Shut up." I rolled my eyes.

Aro speed to her and touched her cheek. "Caius she's cold." Aro snapped.

"Oh no, Caius." Athenodora pout.

"Is she dying?" Marcus asked.

"I only did what you asked me to do." Caius told Aro. "She isn't dead."

Caius walk over to her stepped on her arm. She screamed and sat up. She then curled up on the floor crying.

"Stop your whining." Caius demanded.
