Her Story (A Super Mario Fanfiction)

Chapter One ~ Routine

Peach

Peach let out a loud huff, her long, blonde hair was blowing in the wind, and right into her face. Her legs kicking, her arms aiming to hit the large, reptilian arm that held her captive. She once again had been kidnapped by the lord of evil's bane, King Koopa himself.

"Quit your squirming princess! At this rate, you're gonna make us crash right into the side of your beloved palace!" Bowser groaned as he attempted to keep his signature vehicle, the Koopa Clown Car, from flying off course. "Well excuse me for trying to escape from your grubby hands!" Peach spat, clearly irritated, but also very tired. Her kicking and squawking ceased rather quickly, due to the lack of energy.

"What's the point in even trying to kidnap me anymore? Mario will come and save me, you'll fall into some perfectly placed pit of some lethal liquid, and I'll be set free by morning." Peach sighed, she looked down at the kingdom below her. They flew right over Toad Town, heading straight for Lava Land.

"He won't succeed this time, my plan is so brilliant! He'll be lucky if he ever sets another glimpse at your chubby little face." Bowser boomed proudly. "That's what you tell me every single time, but you always fail! ALWAYS!" Peach sneered, "You know, back when you kidnapped me and you had the Star Rod, you could have wished that Mario was dead and you would have succeeded! But noooooo, you HAD to be cocky and just wish he were gone. You're just stupid!"

"You better shut your trap or I'll drop your poofy pink butt right off this ship! I'll let your fate reside in the hands of those Sushi down there." Bowser threatened. The two were floating directly above the Mushroom Sea. Peach let out a loud gulp.

The two continued to squabble and bicker the entire ride there. Bowser never actual threw Peach off the side of the vehicle, he could never really bring himself to do that. Peach however was relentless when it came to smacking and kicking at Bowser. "Let me go already!" She yelled.

"Nah." Bowser laughed at her helplessness. "That's it you big dummy!" Peach threw a punch at his face, she landed it, but when it hit Bowser's face, it made a squeaking noise. The reptilian over lord burst into laughter, "Nice try pinky, but you're weak wittle hands won't do anything." He taunted. Peach growled, "I. hate. You."

"Well isn't that a shame? You are the mother of my children aren't you?" Bowser shrugged slightly, "You and I both know you're lying to those children! I am not their mother nor will I ever be!"

"I beg to differ." Bowser smirked, parking his Koopa Clown Car at the base of his fortress. He jumped out, slinging the petite, pink, princess over his shoulder. Peach watched as a couple Goombas carried the car, using their heads, to its designated spot.

Bowser kicked the main entrance way open, stomping into his throne room. He practically threw the princess at his servant, a magikoopa called Kamek, "Put her in the cage." Bowser ordered, "And make it quick, the kids will be quite excited to see their mother."

"I am not their mother!" Peach yelled. Kamek nodded, ignoring the princess's outburst, "Of course your nastiness." He bowed slightly. Using his magic, Kamek lifted the princess into the air, and maneuvered her towards a larger version of a bird cage. He threw her in, causing the cage to swing and make a large racket. Kamek slammed the door shut, and locked it with a multitude of magical chains and spells.

Peach crawled over to the door of the cage, she began to fiddle with the lock, in a feeble attempt to escape. At that moment, all was lost in her eyes. . .

Mario

Mario was running- no, he was sprinting through Toad Town, in an attempt to find his lost lovers where-a-bouts. He was frantically knocking on the doors of each citizens home, asking the same question, "Which direction did Bowser head in?" Most responses were either "I have no idea" or "I was too busy cowering in fear to notice."

Luigi however, was too busy hiding behind a nearby bench to even bother asking the residents of Toad Town any sort of questions. "M-mario! The P-princess is probably somewhere other than here!"

"I know that, stupid, I just wanna know exactly where!" Mario face palmed hard at his brothers idiocy, "Help me ask around, or at least do something productive. Go buy us a few items or something." He murmured.

"O-okay!" Luigi popped his head up from the bench, slowly making his way out from in between the bench and a house that was directly behind it. Once he was free, Luigi skipped over to a nearby item shop, requesting a few mushrooms, and a few Syrup Jars. After paying the tender, he left the shop with armfuls of items. Blinded by the pile of items he had bought, Luigi fell on his face and right on top of his brother, dropping most of the items he had been carrying.

Mario blinked, and suddenly realized he was now on the ground, "Luigi. . . Bring grocery bags next time. . . "

"S-sorry!" Luigi laughed nervously. The brother stood back up, dusting themselves and each other off, "Where to now?" Luigi began to pick up all the mushrooms and syrup jars he had dropped, "No idea. . ." Mario mumbled.

A/N: That's the first chapter! It's a little short but I hope you like it! This is my first story! It may be a little bad. . . It'll get better I promise!  I'm actually really proud of it!
