Leo
I grin thinking about how surprised Amanda will be at the party. I already told our moms the plan, and they completely agree and think it will be awesome. I have invited all of Amanda and mine friends. I have even picked out the perfect gift. Right now, I'm just waiting for the two days to pass so I can give it to her.
Amanda
I give my hair one last brush and start heading downstairs. "Where are you going?" My mother asks. "I'm going to Leo's and then to the diner with my friends." She turns around. "Ok, be careful." "Bye." "Bye." And I head out the door. I wheel my bike out of the garage and hop on. As I start peddling and my blood starts pumping I begin to warm up. I also begin to again think about Leo and the party. I just can't wait until these two days are over so I can see what he has planned.
Leo
I sit in my living room, waiting for Amanda to arrive. I have a couple of things I need to talk to her about, including us, Skylar, and the party. As I see her peddling down the street, I notice clouds beginning to roll in. I stand up and go outside to greet her. "Hey," I say. She smiles at me as she parks her bike. I love her smile, her eyes, everything about her. "What's up?" She asks as she walks toward me. I grab her around the waist and pull her into a hug. "Lets go inside," I say. "You seem cold." We begin walking to the door, holding hands. Her hand is warm and soft in the cool morning weather. I open the door and hold it open for her as she enters my house. We head straight to the couch and sit down. I turn to her. "So, we have a few things to talk about." She turn toward me and we look deep into each other's eyes. Kiss her! My mind tells me. I lean in to her until I can feel her breath on my cheek. Our lips touch, hers warm and soft. I smile into the kiss, knowing I made the right decision.
Amanda
I saw him leaning toward me and I knew exactly what he was going to do. Everything seemed to be in slow motion. When our lips met, fireworks went off in my head, and butterflies were fluttering in my stomach. I raise my hand and put it on his cheek. He puts his arm around my neck. I love him.
Leo
Amanda and I kissed for a long time. It was the best feeling in the world. As we got deeper into the kiss, I felt stronger and stronger about her. When we finished, we both wiped our mouths. "I love you." I say. She smiles. "I love you too." I pull her closer to me. "So," I whisper to her. "What are we going to do about this Skylar situation?"
