I drive Castiel back to the dorm so we can catch some shut-eye before school tomorrow. Cas looks extremely worn out from our dinner together. He's slumped in his seat with his head resting on the window. I'm not even sure he's awake.

"Cas?" I whisper, gently shaking him. He mumbles something unintelligibly, making me smile. "Cas, come on bud. We are back at the college dorms." He opens his eyes a bit and groans at the light coming in from the window and his eyes were immediately closed again.

"Cas, it's barely eleven o'clock!" I say lightly shaking him again. Cas doesn't budge. He won't even move. I groan in frustration. "Do I have to carry you? What are you five?" I see a small smile on Castiel's lips and I know full well that that is exactly what he wants.

I get out and open the car door to his side and lift him up bridal style. I grunt at his weight and close the Impala's door with my foot. "Cas you are really heavy you know that?" I say. With no reply, I walk up the sidewalk soaked in water from the nightly sprinklers. I bring Castiel to the stairs and look up dreading the hike up them. Cas is really heavy and I wonder if there is muscle to him after all.

Cas shifts a bit in my arms and I grit my teeth and hobble up the stairs as best as I can. I silently thank God that our room is on the second floor and close to the stairs. My keys are in my hands that are wrapped around Castiel's body and I struggle with the lock but manage. The door swings open and I drop Castiel on his bed and tuck him in. "Good night you lazy ass." I say sweetly.

Cas smiles a bit and mutters "Good night Dean."

I turn of the lights and we are both left to sleep peacefully until the sound of a phone call the next morning.

--------------------------------- (there's still more)

There's a loud ringing waking me up out of my sleep. I groan and rub my eyes before looking at my phone to the right of me. The caller ID flashes the name "Charlie" and I slide in affirmation that I want to answer the call.

"Hello?" I ask.

"Oh my god you will never believe what just happened!!" My red-headed friend excitedly shouted into my ear.

"What could be so important at this hour Charlie?" I complained.

"I found her!" Charlie shrieked. It took me a moment before I realized.

"Your soulmate?" I asked curiously.

"YES! OMG. She's amazing. So you know how I always doodle on my arm in sharpie about like Harry Potter and stuff?"

"Yes." I answer.

"Well while I was at the tech support company, some girl came in frantically crying about her computer being broken. She said she had a lot of important files on there. I told her to hand me the computer and as she was doing so I noticed MY harry potter drawings!" she said quickly. I almost couldn't understand her.

"Charlie. That's great. I'm happy for you. When are you going out?" I ask. Charlie pauses for a moment before responding.

"She was really surprised but after some talking I convinced her to let me take her out." I smiled at Charlies obvious happiness.

"That's good Charlie. I'm glad. Maybe some day I'll find my special someone too."

Charlie and talk for a bit longer before I realize it's time to get up and ready for the day. I look over and see Cas still sleeping soundlessly and I wake him up to start the day.
