Chpt 3

Venus's POV

".... and last but not least is Shawn Mendes. " Cameron said. "Why does your name sound so familiar?" I asked. Before receiving and answer I said. "What's this? " while clicking on a video that said "Paradise" by Jack&Jack. I played it and the two boys named Jack sang along sounding like the song. I looked at them shocked and asked, "Omg Y'all sing this song? " "Yup! " they answer proud. "It's my 2nd favorite song at the moment. " I stated. A really cute tall shy brunnete asked in a whisper, "What's your first?" I heard him and said, "I'll show you " I tapped away on my phone and my favorite song "The Weight" Started playing. I spoke honestly, "I love the way his voice sounds and just how much emotion he puts into his voice making me belive he had been through this once.... just like me." A tear slipped out but I quickly quickly wiped it away and then started started singing again like in the shower with so much emotion in my voice and someone joined me.

*After Song*

I stopped half way through the song to hear the other voice clearly only to realize that the cute tall shy brunette sounded exactly like the singer. I looked down to my phone to see the artist and saw it was by Shawn Mendes. The song can to an end and the words that left my mouth were, "Your Him... Your Shawn Mendes. " So many thoughts were running through my head like, "He sounds better in person. " or "How old is he? " and"What do I say to them? " I spoke "How did y'all even get here? " "Ummmm we were so of chased here by fans and your front door was unlocked so we just snuck in.... " I think Taylor said. "In going to kill Xavier! " I said out loud. "Ummmm.... Who's Xaiver? " Carter asked. Xaiver! He's supposed to be here in 10 minutes! "OK guys so are y'all going to leave cuz I have to be somewhere in like 10 minutes.... " I said. "Well where are you going? " Nash asked "Not that it's any of your business but I have a Volleyball game I have to go to. " "Cool can we come? " Matt asked. "No. " "Please we don't know where to go and we're bored! " Johnson whined. "Well I'm not trusting you to stay in my house without me here, and I don't know where you came from, and I don't have much time to debate whether to let you come out not, but fine whatever you can come." "Yassssss!" They yelled excited. I gathered my gym bag and everything I needed inside and finished right when I heard a honk outside. "Ok guys we need to split up in cars so 4 with me and the rest with Xaiver... OK? " I walked up to Xaiver and said, "We have guest today that are going to accompany is today do u mind?" I asked Xaiver with puppy eyes so he would give in into taking some of the guys with him. "Can you take a couple of them... Pleasssssseee? " he knew I didn't have time to argue so he said, "Sure Whatever. " "Thanks I owe u one." He rolled his eyes and said, "Yea... Yea. " "OK boys 4 with me and the rest with Xaiver. " The boys were already separated. I got Cam, Nash, Matt, and Shawn. This should be interesting..... We walked into my garage which contained my mustang which is my baby and my other baby my Jeep they were both turquoise. "I'm guessing your favorite come is blue? " Cam asked. "No. " He looked confused, " My favorite color is Turquoise... There's a difference.... Get in losers we got a Volleyball Game to attend." I laughed at what I said and earned a couple of chuckles from the guys. We were in Jeep Shawn was riding passenger while the others were in back. I decided to stir up a conversation, "So why are y'all here? " I asked. Shawn finally spoke and said, "We're here for tour and we're leaving in a week or so. " "Really what is the Tour about.?" "We get to perform and meet our fans. It's amazing! " Matt said. "Yea so amazing that y'all were running from them. " "We didnt want to get torn apart or worst kidnapped. " Nash said. "Really that's why? " "Yup last time we were mobbed Gilinsky's backpack was stolen while he was walking and our clothes were shredded. " Cam said. "They can be brutal. " "Oh sounds dangerous. Anyways we're here! " I parked in front of my school gym. "Do y'all have money there's an entry fee? " "Yea. "they said while we met up with the rest. "Well I got to go but I'll see y'all inside." I walked up to Xaiver and said, "Can you show them inside? " "Anything for my Carter. " he said in a baby voice. "What?" Carter asked. I didn't have time to explain so I hugged Xaiver and said, "Thanks your the best my Xaivy boo! I've got a have a game to win so I'll see you inside. " "Good Luck. " Xaiver whispered and kissed my forehead. From the corner of my eye I saw Shawn tense up. What's his problem? I thought and ran off into the gym where a victory was awaiting me.

Shawn's POV

I felt jealousy bubble in my stomach when she hugged her boyfriend Xaiver. We followed him into the gym in to what seemed like a lobby where a middle-aged women waited at the door with tickets. We each bought our tickets and heard the music pouring or of the speakers inside the gym and was loud. The boys started dancing and messaging around but immediately ran to the concession stand to buy food. I stood off to the side not hungry starting of into space when someone poked my side snapping me out of trace. "What's wrong?" Matt asked with a mouthfull of junk food. "Is it her that your thinking bout? We all know that you like her just by the way you were staring at her back at the house. I don't blame you she is kind of awesome. " "I don't want to talk bout out....OK?" "OK..." We walked into the gym to find it filled with people. Hope no one recognizes us... This is the most normal I've felt in a long time. "Is it me or does this feel like we're normal again? " Carter asked. The guys agreed along including me. We found a spot on the bleachers and had a perfect view of the court. The game was starting and the music foor better and louder. All our of a sudden the girl ran out the locker rooms along with her team behind her. The crowd went wild and started screaming, "Whooo! LET'S GO VENUS!" Venus like the planet? I thought. The volleyball girls did some crazy thing involving them to slide on the floor creating a circle and started clapping on the floor. Then the gym went silent completely silent and the girl started chanting. "I believe! " "I believe! " her teammates and the audience mimicked causing a big proud smile to spread across her beautiful face. "I believe that we will!" "I belive that we will! " she then screamed as loud as she could, "I believe that we will win! " "I believe that we will win! " the crowd went crazier and were stomping on the bleachers clapping and everything else. It was an amazing sight to see. I thought "This was going to be an Amazing Volleyball Game!"
