Chapter 18

My eyes begin to flutter open and I look about, Toby is fast a sleep on a chair his knees to his chest, Morgan
was fast asleep head back snoring, Then I look as a somebody tugged the bedsheets of the hospital bed, Rin was asleep face in the sheet with his hand in my hand and the other over his head. I move his hand, as it's not a very comfortable position believe me, and run my fingers threw his hair he woke up and squinted "shhhh" I pointed to Morgan and Toby "They're asleep" He nodded and began to tear up,
"Im s-sorry" He began to cry leaving wet patches on the sheet,
"It's fine, I'm not hurt." I smiled swiping away his tears with my thumb
"I'm really, r-really s-sorry" He stuttered, then in a blink of an eye he had his arms around me crying into my shoulder repeating I'm sorry I put my arms around him trying to comfort him rubbing his back trying to get him to hush, then Morgan woke up,
"Oh" She said looking at me and Rin "I'll go back to sleep then,"
"No" I yell waking Toby "Sorry Toby, don't go anywhere please Morgan stay here with me" I said reaching a hand
"Ok I'll stay" She said sarcastically and I just smiled at Toby,
"Are you ok now Rin?" He move his head away from my shoulder and nodded, as I wipe a tear of his face Nick and Rose come Straight in
"Is she awake?!" Nick said violently, Jack and Rose just stood behind him ashamed.
"Yes I'm awake Nick," I say as I finish wiping the tears from Rins face "What's up?" I smiled sweetly at him, but he just frowned and looked at Rin.
"You Ass!" Nick shouted at Rin grabbing his collar and shaking him,
"Put me down, or you'll end up in the hospital bed!" Rin yelled in his face and Nick threw him across the room.
Me, Morgan, Jack, Rose and Toby gasped as Rin hit his head on the wall, Nick came at him about to punch him in the the face, then Toby blocked Rin about to take the hit but before he did I shot out the bed and took the punch, protecting Rin and Toby. I let out a small cry of pain rubbing my arm from where I was sore.
"Oh my God Shielle, why did you...!" He yelled at me, however I interrupted him
"Because other wise you were gonna punch your Brother!" I screamed back, his face went from shock to anger
"I've had this conversation with you, he is not my Brother. I've never had one and I never will!" He shouted grabbing my arms, then he stopped, let go and stormed out the room. Jack and Rose went after him. Rin wiped away the trace of a nose bleed, Morgan pulled me into a hug, but I got loose at Toby fell to the floor bursting into tears, the poor kid was only 11,
"How Could He Say Such A THING!" Toby growled digging himself into my shoulder, I put my hand on his head and rubbed it,
"Let me get changed one second, ok? And we'll go back to the room, as I doubt you brother's there, okay?" I asked, he nodded and hugged Morgan until I was ready.
"The bags under the bed" I looked where Morgan said and there it was. I picked it up went into the next empty cubicle and changed into blue jeans, a black sleeveless high collar T-shirt and my black lace up boots.
"Ok let's go" I said coming out of the cubicle, Morgan threw me my jacket and we walked to our dorm.

Nobody was inside so I locked the door, pulled the blind and Toby climbed into bed and stared at the ceiling.
"Ok so whilst I was out cold, I had some weird dream but it wasn't a dream if you get what I mean," I said
"So you mean it was like a dream set out but it felt like reality" Toby corrected me,
"Yeah, like that," I answered smiling "Well in this dream I met this cloaked figure called Y and he said that we can't trust the School"
"You mean where we are now?"
"Yes, the school is a vile and horrible place that turns the most powerful children into weapons to hunt down the Elemental Gods" Rin said taking the words out of my mouth,
"Okay so...who are the Elemental Gods" asked Morgan
"No clue" me and Rin said at the same time,
"Who ever they are they're being hunted and we have to find them and protect them, will you help me please!?" I asked pleedingly, they all nodded and I jumped with glee.
"Rin, I don't have anything against you but you might need to to go back to your dorm, Nick will be back soon" Toby said looking at him sadly, Rin nodded and opened the door
"See ya later," we waved bye and got to our beds talking about ways to escape.

Rin

I walked into my dorm and was greeted by a hug from Poppy
"Heya Rin," she said going to kiss me on the cheek, I put up my hand on my face and pushed her away
"Don't feel like it, why you trying to kiss me anyway I don't love you" I said, She huffed and sat on her bed
Jeff and Poppy were talking about something so I decided to butt in,
"What you talking about?" I asked
"Oh we were talking about those kids that beat me, you and Jeff up, and how we could get back at them" She said with a nasty grin appearing on her face.
"what do you mean we?" I asked
"Me, you, Jeff and Lu" She said as Lu appeared, me and Lucy don't really like each other that much and there was no way I could let them hurt Shielle and her friends even if Nick was a pain. I had to protect them at all costs.
