"I'll go for Kate and that is it.  If she tries anything I'm leaving.  You can follow me or you can stay.  If you stay with them even though she tries something or hurts me then I'll be emotionally scarred.  I'll still stay with you though.", she explained.  We had been invited to go to a competition with our friend Kate.  Kate was going so she could see her cousin that she hadn't seen in years.  She was super excited and really wanted us to go with her.  The biggest problem with going was the fact that Kate's cousin was dating Kay.  I wanted to go so Kate had someone she knew well there.  Alex really didn't wanna see Kay though.  I didn't either but I really wanted to go for Kate.  Alex was very against it though.  Especially after Kay had messaged me through Adam's phone.  She begged me to come back and leave Alex.  Then she insulted Alex.  We told her to stop.  Told her I wasn't coming back.  She absolutely refused to accept that I didn't like her though.  She still blamed Alex.  I wouldn't go to the competition unless Alex went with me though.  I knew it'd be a bad idea to go without her.

"You know I'll go with you if she tries something.  And I'll yell at her for even attempting something.  I've made it pretty clear to her that I'll choose you every single time.", I promised her.  She still looked worried.  I could tell she still didn't like the idea of seeing Kay.  She still gave in though.

"Alright.  Now can we just ignore the situation and get back to our gaming and cuddles?", she asked me.  I knew she didn't want to keep thinking about this.  I knew it'd hurt her even more if she did.  So I agreed.

"Of course we can.", I answered with a smile.  I turned on my game as she laid across my lap.  I gave her my phone so she could take pictures while I continued Far Cry 4.  I heard my phone go off while I was in the middle of taking an outpost.  I glanced down to see who it was.  It was Tara trying to start a conversation with me.  What the hell does she want now.  I rarely ever talked to Tara because she would always figure out a way to be a bitch and piss me off.  I hated it.  

"Babe Tara said hey.", she told me.  I only nodded at her.  I didn't feel like dealing with that mess.  "Um do you want to answer her?", she asked.  I knew i'd eventually have to see what she wanted.  This game was more important to me than answering Tara though.

"Nah you can for me.  Just say hey or something.  I don't care.", I shrugged.  Alex went to answer her for me while I continued my game.  I heard my phone go off numerous times.  I glanced down to see Alex glaring at the screen.  

"I see why she pisses you off.", she muttered.  I smiled.  

"Welcome to my world.  I can't have a single conversation with her without her getting annoying or bitchy.  Now do you see why I ignore her sometimes?", I told her.  She giggled as she finally answered Tara.  I glanced down at the screen after it went off.  All I saw was "Okay well we need to talk."  This doesn't look like it's gonna end well.  I went back to my game and hoped it would be fine.  But of course Tara just had to ruin the moment.  As usual.  Suddenly, Alex dropped my phone, got off of my lap, and leaned against the arm of the couch.  Away from me.  I was confused as to the sudden change.  

"Are you okay?", I asked her.

"I'm not going to the competition.  If you wanna go then go without me.  I'm not dealing with Kay and Tara's bullshit just because they're mad that I won't let Kay be a stupid Hoe around my boyfriend.  And I'll knock Tara's ass out if she pulls any shit.  Same with Kay because they fucked up.", she growled.  That was the first time she'd ever growled that viciously at me.  I paused the game and set down my control.  I didn't speak for a bit.  I was too surprised.  Then, words finally found me.

"What the hell happened??", I asked.  I needed to know everything.

"Check your phone and you'll find out.  I'm gonna go get some water.  Want anything?", she said as she started to leave.

"No I'm fine.", I answered quietly.  I was holding my phone and going to my messaged.  I read everything.  My blood started to boil after reading how Tara threatened Alex.  Who the fuck does this stupid bitch think she is???  Did she think I would let her say shit like that??  Oh she's about to see my angry side again.  Kay does deserve all that shit because she fucked with me and my baby.  I started typing away at the keyboard.

Me: "Are you fucking happy now???  She refuses to go now and is pissed off.  Now I'm pissed off at you.  And now I'm not going either.  If she doesn't go then I don't go.  Fucking happy yet??"  I answered her angrily.

Tara: "I'm sorry but that's just how I feel.  Please come!!  We still wanna see you!  We miss you!"

Me: "No.  If she doesn't wanna go then I won't go.  This is your own fault."

Tara: "I'm sorry"

Tara: "Please answer me."

I ignored Tara as I sent Kate a text.

Me: "Hey Kate.  Me and Alex so far probably won't go to the competition.  Tara threatened to punch Alex while she was there and Kay decided to be stupid and tried to force me to come back.  Then she insulted Alex and tried to get me to leave her.  I refuse to go without her.  It's all Kay and Tara's fault."

Kate: "I'm sorry dude.  I'll beat their asses if they tried touching Alex!  That's my bae!  I understand if you guys don't come though.  It's cool.  Kay and Tara are just bitches that's all."

After I read the message, I dropped my phone and went back to my game.  Alex walked back down and set her water on the table next to the couch.  "Read the message I sent to Tara.", I stated.  I continued with my game as she picked up my phone.  After reading for a few seconds she looked at me.

"Are you sure you don't wanna go?  I know you wanna see Ada,.  I know you guys are pretty close.", she asked me.  I paused my game again as I looked at her.

"If you don't wanna go then I don't wanna go.  I already told Kate what happened and that we might not go now.  Kate said if we do go then she won't let Tara touch you.  She'd beat the shit out of Tara before letting her hurt you.", I explained.  She smiled and hugged me.

"I'll think about it I guess.  Only for Kate though.  And so you can see Adam.  But if they do touch me I'll fucking kill them.", she stated.  I laughed as I cuddled her close.  She eventually agreed to going.  I promised her I'd keep her safe and Kate promised she'd stand up for her.  I loved that girl too much to let anything happen to her.
