Stupid Icecubes?

You and your sister were waiting for this day for your whole life. You would finally open the café, that you established within the last 6 months and for that you saved money since you were 16 years old. The preparations were great because you saw all your ideas come true and both of you were confident with the concept of the shop so you weren't afraid of »money problems«.
But your worries were for a different reason - In the last two weeks you noticed a strange man who came by just to sit on a bench near the shop window and to watch the shop. You could't tell if he was watching the outside of your shop or if he watched you, but no doubt: He was kind of creepy. Especially because he always wore a big hat and a coat. Well that could be normal, if it was autumn... But it was summer! What if he was a pedophile or something like that? And what if he came again today? Since your shop would be opened from now on he could also come in. What would he do?
Your sister hadn't noticed him yet and because she was panicing very easily you decided to not tell her about him.

It were the last few minutes before the shop doors would open and your first customers would come in. Both of you became more excited and nervous minute by minute but when the moment came it was a lot easier than you thought. Your first customers were really friendly and you laughed a lot together. It was so nice that you almost forgot about the creepy man. But when the 5 PM bus stopped at the busstop right infront of your café, you remembered that he always came with this bus and you became so nervous that you accidentally dropped a spoon which you just wanted to bring to a customer.
As you expected he really stepped out of this bus and walked straight to your shop. When he searched for a place to sit, you noticed for the first time that the way he walked was anything except of creepy. Maybe you just worried too much? But your hope was destroyed when you saw that he sat down at the most hidden table in the whole café.
But he also was just a customer, right? So you took a menu card from your kitchen and brought it to him. While his whole stay he acted totally normal except of the fact that he didn't take off his coat and his hat and that he stayed until you wanted to close your shop. He just sat there, drank his coffee very very slowly, read a book and from time to time he looked up from his book and watched what was happening in the shop.

And also the next day and the day after this he always did the same.
About one week after you and your sister opened your shop, he started to talk to you when you brang the menu card or his coffee. It only was small talk like »How are you?« or »What a nice weather, don't you think so?«. But he talked more day by day and the questions also became more private. But he always answered when you asked him the same questions as he had asked you before. So you got to know each other kind of well but you still didn't know what he looked like because he still didn't take off neither his coat nor his hat.

Today was the most stressful day you've ever had since the day of your opening. You couldn't cook enough coffee fast enough so you and your sister decided to search for a »helping worker« very spontaneous and sticked a handwritten sign onto your shop window. The help came faster than you expected - the creepy man (who actually wasn't this creepy to you anymore) asked you if you needed help with cooking right after your sister sticked the sign at the window. So you had no other choice but to lead him into your kitchen and to teach him how to make the coffee. But before you teached it to him he finally took off his coat and his hat for the first time. Well, your theory that he wore this because he was ashamed of his uglyness didn't work because he was way prettier than any good looking customer you could remember. He smiled at you because he saw the confusion in your face. But instead of explaining it to you he just asked you how to make the coffee. Normally you would ask now, why he wore this but his cute smile payed for all the unanswered questions so you just teached him how to make the coffee.
He was actually really good at making it, so you asked your sister if he could work at your shop if he wanted to. She agreed and so he started to work at your shop the next day. He only worked in the evenings but it was a great help and your friendship grew bigger.

One year passed by and another summer begun. And with the summer you also started to sell homemade icecream, wich turned out as a great idea. Hoseok still worked at your shop but he still came to your shop, wearing the coat and the hat and he didn't take it off until he was in your kitchen, where nobody except of you and sometimes your sister, who worked most of the time as the waitress, could see him. You never asked why because you thought that he would have his reasons and it was actually not important to know even if you were very curious.

Exactly like in the last summer it became more stressful day by day. And one day it happened that you turned out of icecream in the middle of the day and one of you had to go to the cold storage room in the cellar to get a box of icecubes to make more icecream in less time. And since you hired a girl as a second »helping worker« two weeks ago, who could also cook, and the cold storage room was kind of »dangerous« because it could only be opened from the outside, your sister asked you and Hoseok to go downstairs together. So you did: He waited at the door of the cold storage room to keep it open and you went into it to get the icecubes.
Everything was alright until the box with the icecubes slided unexpectedly fast into your arms and you realized that it was way too heavy for you, but you couldn't put it back so Hoseok had to let go of the door to help you. And because the door of the cold storage room was kind of heavy, it closed faster than you could reach it again and locked immediately. You two just looked at each other for a few seconds, put the box on the floor and ran to the door. You knocked at it and shouted for help but no one could hear you so you already gave up after 5 minutes. Since it was summer no one of you had a jacked with you and you became cold very quickly. Because it felt like it would become colder with every second, he asked if it was okay if you would hug each other to become warmer and you nodded because you were so cold that you thought that your legs would already start to freeze.
You dwelled in the embrace for another 5 minutes but it wasn't even warmer than before. Why was no one wondering why you needed so much time just to get somestupid icecubes?
»Ally?«, He said suddenly and smiled at you.
»I just wanted to let you know that... there's no one I would rather be lockedin with.«
