I couldn’t help but narrow my eyes at Evangeline as she did the same as well, the both of us sat on two different couches in the living room of the house but for some reason we still couldn’t stand being in the same room as each other.

“When I said get the girls, I didn’t mean Evangeline,” I growled at Jazzy as she bit her bottom lip from the tension in the air, Savannah sat on the arm of the chair while Blythe sat beside me reading yet another book without a care in the world. When the girls had made their way to pick me up, we came home to see Evangeline sitting on the couch and because there was no other way, we would have to include her now that she was in front of us.

“How was I supposed to know she was here?” Jazmyne grumbled as she leaned back in the couch on the other side of me.

“Then what about them?” My finger pointed toward the four boys who were closer to the front door then near the couches, obviously not wanting to intervene with whatever family troubles we were having.

“They’re bored,” Blythe answered with a sigh as she never lifted her eyes off the page in her book, great so they just tag along for the entertainment? I don’t believe I signed up for a TV show or anything, maybe if I tell them to bug off they would.

“Blythe, have ‘they’ said anything to you?” Savannah asked in a low tone as she tried to keep the guys out of the conversation. When she meant ‘they’ it was because Blythe has a closer affinity with spirit then other witches which means she has the ability to see/talk to spirits, heal as well as travel through the world of the dead and since she has this ability she prefers to practice defense magic instead of offense.

“Yea, they told me the details of the fight… oh and they said theirs more hunters in town but something is blocking them from being to find their location,” Blythe replied as she closed her book and placed it beside her. Standing up Blythe stretched her arms out before putting a hand on her hips, her beautiful eyes staring at each of us carefully.

“What are we going to do?” She questioned and I couldn’t help but feel a bit clueless on any of this, why the hell should we discuss what we’re going to do?

“I say we find their asses and exterminate them again but this time we make sure they don’t ever get back up,” I snorted with a roll of my eyes, it shouldn’t be difficult to actually come up with a plan and I had nothing against joining up to get rid of the hunters once again.

“I’m in on that plan,” Jazmyne grinned with a look that said she was ready for a good fight like always, of course later on after I come back from the execution I was definitely going to need a practice partner.

“And then what happens if you end up dead because you rushed into things? Don’t you ever think any of this through?” Evangeline snapped obviously tired of hearing me speak but there was no way I was going to just shut up because of her.

“Of course I think this stuff through Eva, if I die then I’ll just reincarnate and kick some more ass,” Sarcasm dripped from my lips completely as I gave her a ‘duh’ look, Savannah couldn’t help but cough to cover her laughs while Blythe and Jazmyne smiled at this. Even though it sounded like I was playing around, I’m actually really serious about that, if I die then I’ll just resurrect and do the same things again… maybe a little bit different though.

“This isn’t a joke, Salem! The lives of our coven is being threatened by half-blooded humans we call hunters!” Evangeline raised her voice loudly as she suddenly stood up, once she stood up and glared down at me I didn’t hesitate to stand as well with nothing but the coffee table in-between us.
