Babysitting 101 (Or Ludwig's eternal headache)

When Ludwig was first informed that he was going to be allowed to take his Finale exam a year early he was overjoyed. He had been informed that he would be working with a team to retrieve a schoolmate who had been kidnapped by a merman during his final exam. He had been eager to meet them and discuss tactics and the mission files on the train ride to meet their final member. The brother of the boy who had been taken. He had been glad of the opportunity, though still somber due to the situation. Then he met his team at the train station. Now it made sense why he had been chosen, and why his grandfather and Romulus had been so vague about who he was working with. Sure he was technically friends with Feliciano and Kiku, and gilbert was his brother. But other than Kiku they were not the best options for such a mission, especially not for the finals. Feliciano once got chased by a ladybug for almost two hours and Gilbert had failed his exam three times already. Then there was Lovino, the bad mouthed, violence prone, clumsy brother of Feliciano. And of course he can't forget gilberts headache of a familiar Gilbird. No wonder he was offered a chance at taking his exam early, they needed someone to keep everyone in line. He had hopped their last team mate was at least someone else responsible enough to help him keep the others in line, as Kiku tended to be to polite to really be of much help. Then he found out their last member was Alfred, part of the AWSOME trio with his brother and another walking headache named Matthias, the shoot first ask questions late, reckless, dunce of a hero. Which led him to his current situation. "Get your goddamn hand out of my face Albino Potato Bastard, before I break your fucking fingers!" "The awesome me is totally not touching you!" "HAHAHAHAHA!" "Excuse me, but wourd you prease carm down." "~Ve Luddy, I got another crab stuck in my hair!" "Ludwig rubbed his temples before finally snapping. "Enough, you all are acting like a bunch of Arsloches, while Alfred's brother is who knows where, being held by an unknown merman! While you lot act like children he may very well be in mortal danger!" The others looked down in shame, and Alfred even began to tear up. "Your right, c'mon I'll show you guys where Mattie was taken." They arrived at the spot, Ludwig could see a rather large rock protruding some thirty meters out in the water. Alfred pointed at it as the other watched in silence, at the moment they were in to somber a mood to act up, all of them had siblings after all and couldn't imagine what they would do if someone kidnapped them. "That was where the merman had him. He was Holding Mattie down with his tail. He swam off with my brother in that direction." The normally rambunctious battle mage spoke monotonously as he pointed to the south west. It was strange seeing the rambunctious overly loud teen so serious, almost disturbing in fact. That wasn't important now though, they had to figure out where the merman took Alfred's brother, Mattie was his name right? "That rooks to be the direction of the capitar city of the mer, Atrantis." Kiku said. Well at least now they knew where to start.
