The Crafting Dead : The Lone Eagle (Discontinued)

Chapter 8

Enders POV

I can't believe it. Eagle just came into the room and told us someone beat up Toxic, my best friend ever. We have been friends since kindergarten, and now he's lying on a bed all bet up with bruises and cuts, and I couldn't help him.

"You ok, Ender?" Luna said very quietly to me. She is selectively mute, but I'm the only person she has really ever talked to. But she did it barely, mostly using sign language we all made up so we would be able to talk a bit. We met in the apocalypse, but in spare time we made up the sign language so we could communicate without her talking. But I thought her voice was butiful, and I don't know why she dousent talk. Honestly that's the first time she's talked in a month. But when she douse sign language, she'll say some things. My question was were on her life did she learn those words?

"No, not really." I replied.

"It's ok. At least he's not dead, right?"

"But did you hear Eagle? She said the person who did told him that he will die if he says who he was! Dousen't that worry you!?!"

"Kind of, but I bet Eagle is watching him. He'll be ok, I promise." Luna said while giving me a hug. I hugged back.

"I just hope your right..." I said. Then shark walked in.

"I need Luna." Shark said. Wait. Luna? She won't talk, and they might think we're hiding something... Crap...

"Umm shark.." I said. He looked at me.

"Yeah?" Shark said.

"Well.. Luna is kind of... well... mute..."

"Why?"

"I don't know, she has never talked this whole time." I said. Then I saw her behind me, she looked really worried.

"Well, douse she know sign language?"

"We made up our own, but non of you would understand it. And u doubt you have paper yet alone pencils."

"Yeah, well if you know it, I'll have to bring you and luna. So come on, let's go." Shark said. I grabbed luna's hand and we followed shark to a room. He motioned for us to go inside, so we did. In their was Jess and AK talking, and when they saw us Jess went outside while luna sat down. Their was only two chairs and three people, so I let luna sit down while I stood next to her.

"So, why are you here Ender? I only needed luna." AK said.

"Luna is mute. And she dousent know sign language, so we made one up and shark said to come in here with her to be the translater. So here I am." I said.

"Ok, just don't lie. If u find out you are, I won't be happy."

"Ok." I said. Then AK started asking some questions, and they were pretty much identical to the ones he asked me. But when AK asked why she was mute, she told me 'what do we do? I don't know what to say!' That made me a but worried, so I answered for her.

"She was born with it. I bet it was just a defect." I said to AK.

"Then why don't you know real sign laguage?" AK said. Luna signed nothing. I could tell she was scared. "So? Why?" 'Just tell him I'm selectively mute. And if he asks why, just say I won't tell. It's ok, I'm strong. I can handle whatever they do, just promise to stay safe.' Luna signed. It scared me, ALOT, but I did what she wanted me to do.

"Ok, I'm just going to say it straight foward. Luna is selectively mute. And before you ask why, I don't know. Everytime any of us ask, she's just silent. She won't talk." I said. AK looked a bit angry, but calmed down quickly.

"So, she won't talk. And if she's never talked, I guess you'll still be translater." AK said. I was so happy, she was going to be ok. When AK was done, we were both sent to the room Toxic was in. We didn't know it at first, bet when we saw him on the bed with so many cuts and bruises, I ran towards him. As I did, I cought a glimpse of a puddle of dry blood on the floor. It scared me even more.

"TOXIC! Are you ok? Who did this? Di these people help you? Or did they do this and they're not telling us!?!" I said. I also said a few more things.

"I'm fine Ender, and No. They didn't do this, well at least not all of them. It was just one. And they did help me, don't worry." Toxic said, then he groaned. I look down to see a big white bandage on his bottem left leg. And when I say big, I mean a fourths of his leg was that bandage.

"What happened to your leg? I see smaller cuts, but that's big."

"Sky cut me really deep there. And it really hurts." He said. But wait, SKY!?! HE DID THIS?

"Wait, SKY did this?" I said. I heard him mutter some words. Then he answered.

"Yes it was Sky, just please don't say a thing or he WILL kill me." Toxic said. I knew when he said that I couldn't brake the bro code, which was a code we made up. A locked door ment 'I want to be alone', a promise is a promise and if you break it you get a punch to the gut, and don't lie to each other. Break any anynd you get punched. We've had it so long, I can't remeber when we even made it.

"Ok. I won't brake the Bro code." I said while smiling. He needed some chearing up. Then he fell back to sleep. I went onto another bed on the other side of the room and took a nap. But when I did, I saw sky enter and knock out Luna, then he came over to me. Black.

Hey guys, what's going on? Hehe.. that ending.. I guess sky knew he told him, but how? I guess since Toxic is dizzy and not feeling well, wait, TO MUCH!! ok so I wanna say something real quick, I have been united with Luna again!! We chat on Wattpad and she actually has some pretty good stories, and also the people in our stories (Eagle, Luna, Toxic, Ender, Arrow, and Quantum) are real people and we are all apart of a group called the Crafting Gamers. But I haven't talked to Toxic or Ender in a while so they don't know we turned CGRP Studios (a studios we made for roleplays) into a group that runs it yet. But we are as soon as we can talk to them.
