Chapter 15

Eagles POV (Note, for the next few chapters there will be alot of Eagles POV! Like the book:)

I wake up (AGAIN) and see Jett is still asleep, so I sit there for a while. Their is a window near the pole I'm cuffed to, so I stand up and look through it cause I'm bored. I see the city and a bunch of walkers, of course, and snow. I didn't really notice the snow before, but now I do. It must be winter. I sigh as sit back down on the blankets. I look down at my necklace, and hope Toxic is ok. I'm taken out of my thoughts when I see Jett standing right in front of me.

"So, ya finally awake?" I say, smiling.

"Ya," Jett replies. He kneels down and takes the handcuffs off.

"So... what are we gonna do?" I ask. Jett shrugs.

"I don't know, how about we try and find your group?"

"One problem, I have no idea where they would've gone."

"South, they most likely would've gone south for the winter."

"Your right, it is pretty cold. When will we go?" I asked.

"Well first we need to get more supplies,"

"I know their should be a lot of supplies at the factory I was at."

"Ok, then we can go there. I trust you with this," Jett said, handing me a katana and a M9. I took them and put the M9 on my belt and held the katana. I got up and Jett followed.

"don't worry, you were nice to me. So I'm not going to betray you, promise." I said.

We got ready and headed out for the factory.

When we got there, we found quite a bit of food and other supplies. On a table there was a blue blindfold with a book next to it. I pocked up the book and read what it said.

Entry 22

I have been working on a blindfold for Eagle to cover her eyes. It is Made so when she puts it on, she will be able to see perfectly while others can't see her eyes. As of writing this, I have perfected the blind fold, and I am ready to give it to her when I come back from my mission. -Dr. Ross

So, this blindfold will cover up my eyes. Nice! I put on the blindfold and sneak up on Jett, who's putting food in his backpack.

"BAHHH!!!" I scream from behind Jett. He turns around and screams like a girl. "Gotcha!"

"Eagle! How can you see?" Jett asks.

"Ross made this blindfold, and it allows me to see normally while others can't see my eyes since they change color." I said. Jett shrugged, then we continued scavenging.

×××TIME×SKIP×TO×WHEN×THEY START×ON×THERE×JOURNEY×××

Jett and I have been walking for about an hour now. We went back to his base and got everything we needed and left, heading south. As we were walking, o hear leaves crunch. I ignore it thinking it's an animal or something. The I hear a gun click, and I immediately pull out my katana, and Jett pulls out his gun. We stand back to back, looking everywhere for the gun wielder.

"Well, two kids out in the forest all alone I see," A male voice says in a cold, hard tone. It sends shivers down my spine.?

"Who are you! What do you want?" Jett yells.

"Food." Then a tall male comes out from the bushes. He has red eyes and a ghillie suit and a red mask on.

"Cannibal.." Jett whispers. I freeze. Then a bunch of men in ghillie suits and ghast masks emerge from the woods, surrounding me and Jett.
