hey wattpaders!! I really had no idea what to do with the rest of Vada's week at the Quill's sooo, she and Carter are going to her dad's house for one month and three weeks<3 this chapter you will meet her dad, Nick, her dad's girlfriend, Rebecca, and her son, Wyatt. You will also meet Emily, Vada's sister, played by Kat von D!!!

"Carter?" I walked down the hallway past Ryan's room. "Carter?" I called.
"In here." I heard his voice coming from Ryan's bedroom. I backtracked and looked in, he was sitting near the fouton he had been sleeping on this past week, with his suitcase open and he was puting everything back in.
"What's the matter?" I asked, he was pouting.
"Why do we have to go?" He buried his face into his knees and started to cry. I had no idea that he didn't want to go that badly.
"Well, sometimes, we have to see our dads. Even if we feel like he doesn't love us as much as he should, everyone needs to show him we love him."
"Oh yeah Vada? But...What if..." Carter started to sob.
"What if what honey?" I asked rubbing his back.
"What if...I don't love him?!" He yelled inbetween sobs.
"No Carter, never say that. If he was'nt around, it would devistate you." I said scowling.
"I know, but sometimes I get a little worked up, you understand."
"Of course I do. I'm a teenage girl, it's my job to get worked up!" I said this and he laughed. "So, come on, finish up, I told dad we would be there by 12, it's already 11:30." I tapped his knees and walked out of the room. I went downstairs and sat on the living room love seat. I picked up my phone off the charger, put it on the table, and put the charger into my pocketbook.
When I picked up my phone, I had 3 texts from Rowen, six texts from Sasha, one from Maggie, and a missed call from Sam. I answered everyone, and then called him.
"Hello?" His voice answered.
"Hi! Ummm, you called?" I said scratching my arm.
"I did. I was wandering if you wanted to come over tonight, my parents aren't going to be home, and Lillian is sleeping over Trinity's house, sooo, we'll have the house all to ourselves." If I wasn't such a dunse I'de think he'd have something on his mind.
"Oh, yeah sure!" I was already nervous considering I'de never even seen his house. "But, I have to go, so text when it's okay for me to come over."
"I'll see you later." He said.
"Kay, bubye."
"Bye." Then I heard a click. I went outside to my car to see Carter trying to get everything into the backseat. "You need some help?" I called.
"No. I got it." He answered, and he did. No one was home, the Quill's had left that morning for 2 weeks down the cape. All the way in the north. She goes there for christmas every year. I locked the door, and got into the front seat.
"Ready?" I asked, he was sitting in the back playing temple run on my phone.
"Yup. Do we have everything?" Carter asked.
"Yes." We definetly did, I had checked at least twelve times.
***20 minutes later***
"Vada?" Carter asked from the backseat.
