-Frank's pov-
Wow. X. I can't believe she just dishonored a goddess.
My Grandma had always said, you must honor your ancestors, Fai Zhang! What good is it not to do?
Something along the lines of that. I can't really remember. I haven't seen my Grandma in... a while.
"Frank" Percy calls "we need some help with this. Over here."
"Coming" I rumble. Not that I want to rumble. It's just my bulky frame that makes me like that.
I get ushered to a basement in the Big House. Already, people sit around a ping pong table with Chiron at the head.
"Good afternoon campers" Chiron says warily.
"What's the meaning of this?" A brutish girl in red asks fiercely "I have somewhere important to be."
"Oh shut up, Clarisse!" Two lanky boys joke. I think it's the ones that keep taking my shirts. The Stolls.
"Ya want some!" Clarisse snaps, shaking her fists.
"Oh, stop it!" Will, the counsellor of Apollo's cabin "We have more pressing matter to discuss. Chiron, after you"
"Yes thank you" Chiron says, somewhat displeased."As I was saying, I have called this meeting together because of the disappearance of a camper by the name of X. Most of you know her," he says louder as some campers whisper to each other.
"Freak. Yeah, we know her" Clarisse snarls.
"Not as freaky as your face" one of the Stolls mocks. The other one laughs and punches his arm playfully.
"You get it!" Clarisse bellows. She took a swing to the Stolls head and (thankfully) missed.
"CLARISSE!" Chiron yells "OUT!"
Clarisse gives an evil eye to the campers and storms upstairs.
"Now" Chiron says, relieved that the antagonizer had gone "X, being naive and young, disrespected Aphrodite herself."
As always, gasps.
"So we're suppos'd to go in and save her butt? Isn't she already a pest, coming here, acting all cool and tryna one up Percy in a race?" A girl with a Texan accent sneers.
I object "Wow, real cool of you to jeer at a camper when if it were you in the situation, you wouldn't hesitate to cry like the little kid you are. Grow up"
It all came out of me at once. Oh well. At least it shuts the girl up.
"So what do we do." Annabeth changes the subject.
"Chiron, do we have even a plan?" Percy says worriedly.
"I'm open to suggestions."
"Ask the gods themselves?" I put forward.
Laughter fills the room.
"Well, do you guys have any good plans. Or ones better than that?" I'm the one mocking them now.
"Iris message?" Percy shrugs.
"That's a good plan" Chiron says "But in order for it to works, we have to know where she is most of the time. If we're talking about Aphrodite here, she's bound to have put up some magic to deflect an Iris message."
"Can we at least try?" Percy asks.
"It's best to try and fail than to not try at all. At least we'll be on the sure side" Piper interjects.
Chiron pauses, then shrugs "Alright Percy, bring me a drachma."I can't think of any other fanfictions or books to write about. I'll just finish this one first. So, what do you think about the HalfBlood's plans? Are they good enough to save X?
I know it might not be obvious, but can you guess X's (or should I say Ivy's) father? I'll tell you... In the next chapter. Haha!
Peace, love, science
