-finn bálor-"Do you need him or do you need me?"
❝So what now?❞
I looked up at her in confusion as she sat across from me. I raised my eyebrow and placed my coffee back on the table, "Wha'?" I responded to her question with my own which made her giggle.
"What now? Between us, I mean." I didn't really know how to respond so I shrugged. "I don't really know,"
"I mean last nigh'.....it was somethin', wasn't it?" I joked with a small chuckle and she let out a laugh.
"It sure was," She nodded, letting out a little snicker as well. "But last night meant something to you.......right?" I crossed my arms against my chest and gave her a dumb look, "Wha' do you think?"
She looked up at me and cocked her eyebrow, "I don't know, Finn. You're very unpredictable."
A chuckle escape my lips, "Not when it comes to you though." I replied, smiling and it made her smile. "You're so stupid." She rolled her eyes and drank some of her coffee. "Only stupid for you, my love."
A laugh escaped her lips whilst she shook her head, "You still use those corny lines?" She questioned with a smile, making me smile. "Of course."
"You haven't changed a bit, Finn." She replied, grinning and I shrugged. "I never change."
There was a brief silence, "There's something else we need to talk about-
"Again? I though' all the talkin' we needed to do was done yesterday." I cut her off, sitting back in my seat. "Yeah, but honestly I didn't expect yesterday to escalate to where it did,"
I began to get worried about what she wanted to talk about now but I didn't show it. I only crossed my arms and stood sitting back in my seat, "And last night was amazing but there was a few things I didn't tell you."
Her words left her mouth in a nervous yet serious tone and this always meant that she had something bad to tell me but she didn't want me to get hurt by it.
She hesitated, "I don't want you to get mad at me, Finn-
"Sweetheart, stop beatin' around the bush and jus' tell me." I let out a chuckle since she never takes this long to tell me something.
"I have a boyfriend."
I stared at her blankly with my eyebrows furrowed and still with my arms crossed. I believe that my ears heard her wrong and she said something else, "Wha'? Did I hear you correctly?"
I looked at her with narrowed eyes as I sat up straight, "You said you have a boyfriend?" She nodded in response and I sat back in my chair, taking in her words which is not something I usually do.
I'm surprised at myself for not getting angry at the fact but then I had a sudden realization, "Wait, so you cheated on him yesterday with me?"
She let out a sigh and shrugged, "Technically, no," I scratched my head in confusion before she continued, "Ever since the brand split, we've been separated because he's on SmackDown so we decided to take a break,"
"For how long?" I questioned, sighing as she hesitantly answered, "6 months."
Deep down inside me, I was pissed off but I could express my anger. I kept it within me even though I wanted her to see how angry I was, I couldn't show it.
Silence took over the room and it took a couple of minutes before I asked another question, "Who is he?" I cracked my knuckles, seeing that she was on her phone.
She glanced up from her phone and let out a quick sigh before looking at her phone some more. I thought she was going to completely ignore my question but then she showed her phone to me.
An upset chuckle escaped my lips as she showed me the picture of her boyfriend, "Such a down grade." I commented, under my breath before taking another sip of my coffee.
She must've heard my comment because she glared at me with her eyebrow raised, "What did you say?"
I placed my cup back on the table, folding my hands on the table afterwards, "Your boyfriend is such a down grade." I repeated, sarcastically smiling as she let out a small laugh.
"A down grade from you?" She questioned, smirking as I nodded in reply. She inhaled a deep breath before stretching out in her seat, "I will love to introduce myself to him." I emphasized with a smile, once again; her eyes diverting to mine.
"Really?"
"Yeah, why not?"
"That isn't a great idea," She put her phone back in her pocket, giving me her attention. "You're righ'." I replied, shrugged before continuing. "It's an amazin' idea!"
She laughed, quietly whilst shaking her head as I realized when I could meet him, "Oh, I could meet him at Summerslam."
"No, you can't." She responded, seriously as it only made me smirk. "Yes, I can."
"No, you can't." She repeated in a more serious tone but my smirk only grew. "And who's goin' to stop me, love?"
She rolled her eyes and exhaled a breath, "Just don't be an asshole."
I chuckled at her expression, "I only wan' to say hi, tha's all." I replied with a smile, shrugging my shoulders.
She quietly sighed, "Sure you do."
"But you were someone's else too."
