And here you were. In the Avengers tower, sitting behind Tony Stark's desk. Or should you call him dad. No, not yet. He doesn't even know you exist at the moment.
"God dammit. Where are you Tony? Is this right? No. Maybe I shouldn't be here. I mean breaking into the Avengers tower and sitting here probably wasn't the best idea. Shit. I should just leave."
Talking to yourself had become quite the regular occurrence now that your mother had passed away.

After she died you had found a note she wrote to you. In it you discovered how Tony Stark; genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, was actually your father. You were extremely shocked but it made sense. In the letter it said how Tony's uncle had paid your mother a large sum of money to stay quiet about your existence. So she packed all your bags and moved away to Florida. You never saw a dime of that money though. You're mother had spent it all on booze and drugs. She wasn't the best mother in the world but god dammit she gave birth to you and loved her. Even if she was an addict.

After reading the letter you decided you had to find Tony Stark. I mean that wouldn't be that hard. He lived in a giant building with a humongous A on it. Pretty easy please to find if you do say so yourself. Now how to break the news that Tony is your father? That wouldn't be as easy. You decided a surprise visit would be best. So breaking in and waiting for him at his desk seemed like the perfect plan. But now sitting here and actually being this close to seeing your father for the first time was nerve wracking. Your heart was racing a million miles per hour. Your palms were sweaty, knees were weak, moms spaghetti. Wait what was I saying? Oh yea. You were nervous as hell.

Your internal crisis was cut short by the sound of voices approaching the room you were currently illegally inhabiting. You counted each different voice and from what you could tell 2 people were on their way to Tony's office. And you were praying one was Tony. You composed yourself, fixed your hair, checked your breath and sat upright. You had one shot at making this as perfect as you imagined. And you sure as hell weren't going to waste it. You could heard the footsteps stop right in front of the door. This was it. Don't mess this up. Don't mess this up. Was the only thing you could repeat in your mind along with trying not to forget the script you had memorized to recite to your father. And in the blink of an eye in walked Steve Rogers and, the man himself, Tony stark.

"I'm sorry but who are you, and how did you get into my office?"

"Hello Mr.Stark. I do believe we have some business to discuss."

"Tony do you know this girl?"

"No, I'm pretty sure I don't. Now please do explain how you managed to get pass my security system before I put my suite on and make you tell me."

"Please Tony, there's no need for violence. And as for your security system it was an easy level hacking job. I could've done it in my sleep. It was a simple deduction process into figuring out who you were. Who is Tony Stark? What does he like? I went from there and then figuring out your password was quite simple. Your mothers maiden name. I am truly sorry about her by the way. She seemed like an amazing woman. I would've loved to meet her."

"Listen, I don't know who you are, or what you're doing here. But don't you ever talk about my mother! Jarvis call security, I want this hoodlum in our jail cells immediately!"

Tony went to walk away and you realized you might have said the wrong thing. Saying whatever comes to your mind has always been one of your bad habits. Your mother told you every good hero has a weakness and yours is your mouth. Just like your father. Just as Tony was about to storm out of the room you stopped him.

"TONY! Please no wait. I'm sorry I truly didn't mean to upset you. I meant no harm in bringing up your mother. I really didn't. Look they're is a specific reason I'm here. I just don't know how to tell you what it is."
