I'm waiting for you

Frank's POV

The darkness faded and the pain consumed me. Blinding. Why did I hurt so much? The last 24 hours were a blur of pain and confusion.

"Gerard? Gee? Gerard what's-" I managed to clear the mist from my head and open my eyes.

Blink.

No Gerard.

Blink.

No Gee.

Blink.

Nobody.

Its coated in shadow and wrapped in black, but I know here; I know where I am. In my mind the static ceases and the memory comes back tied in a flash of pain. I'm tied up, bound to something. A chair. I writhe but only end up with fresh rope burns and an echo of pain in my side.

I spoke to Gerard.

Yesterday.

Or was it last week?

He'd said he'd come for me (A/N get your mind out the gutter not yet).

He'd find me.

I didn't want to leave him again. I'd wait for him until my last heartbeat. I'd breathe for him. I'd live for him. I'd die for him.

Oh god Gerard. I'm waiting for you, my knight in shining armour. Gerard, I love you. I open my mouth and let out a small croak but the void yawns wide and the static consumes me again. Gerard please. I'll be watching, waiting.

Gerard's POV

"Right so thats what we're gonna do. Pete, Mikey want to include anything?"

"How about we change the route here?" Pete pointed at a point on the map we could change.

"Sure. Mikey?" He shook his head in response. We had been planning a way to save him for a month now and it was finally time. We start at midnight. Get in. Get Frank. Get out. Call the police. It wasn't as simple as it seemed but we had no choice. We had to get him out of there.

~~~~~~~~~11:45pm~~~~~~~~~~~
I could see fuck all. The sun had set hours ago and the stars were shining bright. Not bright enough.
"You ready?" I whispered.
"Yes. We must get him back." The stars had filled Mikey with determination.
"Lets not waste time." Pete was just as anxious as me. His hairs was messy and his eyeliner had run down his face. He had a panic (!) attack earlier so he had been crying.
As we climbed in through the window, I heard a scream. One that sounded like Frank's. Oh god... we needed to get him out. Fast. Quietly, oh so quietly we travelled down the hall, careful not to step on a creaky board or touch anything. Mission impossible. Touching something would mean the end of all things. There would be evidence of us breaking and entering, and that would mean nit being near Frankie. Oh god he could end up with his mum if that happened.
No touching.
Be careful.
We're coming Frank.
I wanted to rush down the stairs and barge through the door, all hero style. It wouldn't work, as that'd risk us caught. And besides, I was only one average sized guy agains his kinda strong mum. I think I'd know who'd win. Not me.
We'd reached the top if the flight of stairs and only had a short trip before we could reach Frank. It could be a 'trip that could but a stop to our plans. We were so quiet, quieter than one of the stars twinkling in the night sky. Softer than a feather falling. Silence.
I led my the way down the stairs, with Mikey and Pete following behind. The door at the bottom looked so ominous, but it was only a door. A passage to what was on the other side. Who was on the other side. Frankie.
Slowly I pushed the door forth, attempting not to make it squeak or creak. Another scream rolls from beyond the door. I hope to mother of fucking god his mother isn't in there, that'd mean she'd seen the door open and would come and check it out.
So we waited.
And waited.
And waited.
Nothing. No disturbance. No one coming through the door. His mum must be upstairs or out. Good. That was one thing we hadn't planned for. The one stray variable. That was part if he reason I didn't object to Pete or Mikey coming along. Then if we had to overpower her there was a greater chance.
Certain that she wasn't in there, or at least she hadn't seen the door open, we creeped in. It was darker than the night outside the walls. I could seen even less fucks that before. We needed the stars in here or at least some guidance. Luckily, Mikey had insisted our phones were at full charge, my mum was on speed dial, and the torch was working. Careful not to drop it like I normally did, I got my phone out and switched it on. The dull glow wasn't enough to see more than a foot in front of us, so I turned the torch on. The glow washed the whole room in white light, and sent the shadows dancing and quivering upwards. There was a sharp intake of breath and a groan from the other side if the room. I turn my phone towards the direction where the sound came from, as that corner is shrouded in shadow.
In shock at what I see, I utter a single word,
"Frankie?"
