Today was Jo and Alaric's wedding. Lucinda was helping Jo get ready. "You look beautiful, Jo. Alaric won't be able to take his eyes off of you." Jo chuckled. "Same for Kai." Lucinda looked at her wide eyed. Jo laughed. "I see how you look at him. He looks at you the same way. My brother was evil but I believe he changed. You changed him." Lucinda smiled at Jo. "Thank you, Jo." As Jo walked towards Alaric, Lucinda smiled. She wanted something like this. She wants love like this. Kai walked towards Lucinda as the ceremony finished. "Luci, can I talk to you?" Lucinda smiled and nodded. Kai pulled her in a bit private area. "Luci. I never felt like this about a girl. My heart beats faster, my cheek get red and my hands start shaking. At first I didn't know what it was but then I talked to Jo and she said that it was love. What am I trying to say is: I am in love with you, Lucinda." Lucinda had tears in her eyes. Kai looked panicked. "Are you okay? Did I say something wrong? Please, don't cry." Lucinda giggled and wiped away tears. "No. You are fine. I am love with you, too." Kai breathed out in relief. He took hold of Lucinda's waist and pulled her to him. His lips made contact with hers. They pulled away and put their foreheads together. Kai smiled. "Would you like to go out with me?" Lucinda smiled and bite her lip. "I would love to." They then heard Damon. "Hey, lovebirds. I think that's enough. If you hurt my sister I will kill you, Parker." Lucinda rolled her eyes at her brother's protectiveness. Kai smiled at Lucinda. "Wouldn't dream of it."
