Sky Media One-Shots

The Request part 4

*Sigh* exactly two days ago, 11/9/16, I was playing my copy of Pokémon X and I ran into a horde battle, a battle consisting of 5 Pokémon at once, they all were Geodudes. One of which was shiny, shiny Pokémon are super rare in which it's a 1/4096 chance to encounter one. I have only encountered one shiny in my life and it was a shiny Ditto, which was 6 or 7 years ago, yeah they're that rare. I was so hyped and I tweeted it out. As I was tweeting I switched out my lead Pokémon to something else. While I wasn't looking some of the other Geodudes used Magnitude, a move that attacks all Pokémon on the field. And of course it's super effective against Geodudes! So while I wasn't looking the shiny was killed. So now whenever I see a Geodude or the route I found it on I'm instantly triggered. *Picture of shiny Geodude is above.* now I'm trying to hunt another shiny down for vengeance or at least retribution. Anyways here is the One-Shot.

Jacob X Barney

Medieval times AU

(One month after assassination)
(Barney's POV)

"Although I am with a heavy heart. I shall continue in my father's steps and become the new king. My loyal subjects, I know you all suspect foul play in the death of my father. But I assure you, it was his time. He has grown too old and weary to rule our kingdom. He has kept this hidden from you all for so long, and I could not bear to keep it a secret any longer. And that is why I, Prince John, shall become the new king. No longer am I Prince John, now I am King John. I bid you all a good day, and let our kingdom prosper under my rule." I said to the entire kingdom.

Everyone began cheering and chanting my title. I stood tall and proud in front of my subjects. I smiled and waved to them all. I stopped waving and turned to walk back inside the kingdom.

I am not going to be like my father. I will not stay inside the castle walls secluded from my subjects. I will venture out among the crowd and talk with them all, ask if they have suggestions for improvements to the kingdom. I'll be the best king this kingdom will ever have.

(Jacob's POV)

I watched king John give his speech from the shadows. He'll make a great king. I want to visit him right now but I have my lifestyle to attend to.

I turned away from the castle and made my way back to my hideout. I went to my private room and sat at my table counting the coins that I have saved up. I waited and waited for someone to walk in for a task. Nobody showed up. As I was about to leave I heard a knock at the door. I sat back down and watched as someone came in.

"Are you the assassin?" The person asked.

"I'm no knight that's for sure." I replied.

"O-okay. I'd like you to take someone out for me." The person asked.

"Name away."

"King John." My eyes widened. This person wants me to kill John.

"The king? Why?"

"He's a tyrant. I know he will be one. So I want him taken out before he makes it a tyranny." The person said.

"How much are you willing to pay?"

"I have all the gold coins with me. One hundred total."

"Hmm. I'll think about it. Leave my room but stay outside the doorway while I think about it."

The person nodded and stood up. He started to walk to the door. Once he reached the door and ran up behind him, grabbing him and holding a dagger against his throat.

"I decline. Wanna know why?" I asked. The person gulped and nodded nervously. I leaned closer to his ear and whispered.

"Because I'm in love with him." I said. And with one swift movement I slit the person's throat, killing him and having him fall to the floor.

I began looting his body for any useful items other than the gold coins. He had nothing useful besides the gold coins he said he had. I dragged his body out back and dumped it behind a store to make it look like a thieving event. It was dark out and I still hadn't fulfilled my end of the bargain for the day. I made my way to the castle and climbed up the wall. I made my way down into the courtyard and headed inside.

Once inside I started walking to the king's chambers. As I made my way down the hall, the light from his chambers getting closer. Once I was in front of the door I opened it revealing King John shirtless under is covers.

"I was wondering when you'd show up." King John said.

"I had to deal with a customer. He wanted something I didn't approve of so he became the target instead."

"Sounds intriguing. Now are you just going to stand there? Or are you going to come over here and cuddle?" King John asked.

"I'll cuddle, but I have a question to ask if you first."

"Ask away."

"Are you going to find a queen to help you rule the kingdom? I've been hearing the townsfolk saying that you should get a wife so she will help rule."

"I could do that, but why get a queen when I could have another king." King John said.

I smiled then undressed down to nothing and climbed into bed with King John. He wrapped his arms around me and started kissing me.

"I love you King John." I said.

"Just call me John. And I love you too Jacob." King John replied.

* I gotta say, this along side Classmates was fun to write. If you guys and gals want me to do more One-Shots like this just ask. I'll take requests that you guys want you can also ask for a certain type of One-Shot AU (AU=Alternate Universe, for those who didn't know) or even you can ask for a certain type of plot line for it. I'll accept all that you ask for. And if you have asked for one already I'll still accept more requests from you.
