enjoy!
I panted, that felt good, but it didn't feel right.
I missed performing in front of a crowd, well, kinda.
I didn't look at Serena once, even though I wanted to look at her so bad. I should've sang Sorry, love yourself didn't feel right.
I made my way off stage, hearing the crowd screaming my name. Once voice stood out though. Once voice that made me click.
"ASH!" Serena's voice echoed in my head.
(flashback)
'Gary, you good now?'
'Yeah, managed to find my way to the audio room and I have the usb.'
'alright cool, btw if I shout 'play it' play sorry' I texted back.
'alrighty ashy boy'
(present)
"Rgh! Hold on!" I ran back onto stage, throwing the guitar on the floor
"Urm, wrong song." I scratched the back of my head.
"Yo, Gary play it" I shouted as the lights dimmed again.
"I just wanted to say, is it too late now to say sorry?" I winked at Serena.
Her face instantly went bright red.
"Give it up for my man Gary Oak!" I shouted raising one arm in the air.
The crowd screamed, I could sense the smile on his face behind the black tinted glass.
(PLAY DA SONG!)
(After song has finished...)
That felt good and right.
I looked over to Serena, tears were pouring out of her ey-
"Ash!" I heard a certain voice shout. I turned around and it was Rachel with a huge smile on her face.
I switched off my microphone and put it on the stand
I held both of my arms out and she ran over and tackled me into a hug.
"How are ya, Rach" I winked at her.
"I'm good now" She sunk her head in my chest.
I need to talk to her.
"So, Rachel....follow me, we need to talk a-about your future" I smiled at her, I felt nervous for some reason.
She nodded as I stood up and took her hand.
The crowd squealed at me holding her hand.
We waved at the crowd and made our way backstage where my Mom was.
She had a look that I hadn't seen in a long time, it was real. I made her proud.
"Ash" She hugged me.
"Mom" I nodded and smiled.
My Mom kneeled down to Rachel's height.
"Rachel, right?" She smiled at the little girl.
Rachel looked up at me with a nervous look. "It's fine, she's my Mom" I winked at her.
Rachel then cracked a smile.
"Yeah, y-you're Delia?" Rachel responded.
"Yeah" My Mom nodded.
"Rachel would you like me to foster you" My Mom cut to the point.
