Chapter four: Knew it.

As they entered the hall all eyes turned on them. Nigini hid behind Tom slightly she didn't like all the attention that well.
"It's not a bad thing you know". He chuckled.
"Yeah but it's embarrassing me". She then realised what she was doing she was actually rubbing her head into his back, she quickly pulled away and started to walk to where professor Dumbledore was. "Hello Professor". She smiled at her favourite professor.
"Hello Nigini you look well, haven't had a class with you in for a while". He laughed. Then noticed Tom waiting for Nigini. "You be careful with him". Then he walked off. When Nigini made it back to Tom he immediately asked what Dumbledore had said and to that she just replied with the word nothing. Maybe she shouldn't of come, she was regretting it all ready and all day she got the sense that someone had been watching her every move.

"Do you think he'll kill her and make a horcrux"? Harry asked the other two as they watched the ball.
"I don't think so Harry. Dumbledore said she died and she looked about that age in the painting so maybe, but we can't change that we have to watch and nothing more". Hermione made sure her friends knew that before returning to watch the two.

"Care to dance"? Tom held his hand out to her and she took it.
"I don't have any idea on how to dance you know".
"Don't worry I won't let you make a fool of you self, actually I might that does sound rather funny to do". She hit him on the shoulder before he placed her hand on it and his on her waist, and the other hands were linked together.
After a while of dancing Tom left for some drinks and left Nigini sitting alone until.
"You do know he hates you and only wants to make me jealous don't you". It was Lauren. She sat down next to Nigini who was ignoring her. "He called you and that friend of yours a mudblood". Nigini snapped her head round to face Lauren.
"How do I know that's the-"
"Who Nigini no she's just a filthy little mud blood". It was a recording on Lauren's wand.
"I didn't want to see you hurt". Lauren generally meant it. She placed her hand on Niginis shoulder and walked away. Nigini soon felt tears running down her cheeks so she quickly got up and left. She knew Dumbledore had seen the whole conversation but she just wanted to go to her dorm. She made it halfway up the stairs when she heard shouting. She stopped to listen it was Tom and Lauren.
"WHAT DID YOU SAY TO HER"? That was Tom and he sounded pretty angry.
"Told her what you called her...a mudblood". Nigini heard footsteps walking to her so she ran upstairs again.
"NIGINI". Tom shouted as he quickened his pace to catch up with her.
"I KNEW IT!" That's a all she could say to him before running off once more.
