Chestnut and Gladiator were finally sattled and ready for the trip. They were just as exited as me, and I could feel the excitement flowing through the air and through me. L had just finished packing up food and I was brushing Chestnut.

"I see you made another new friend." L laughed as I fed her some oats.

"Yeah I think she really likes me!" I smiled as I pet her snout with my free hand. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Gladiator eating out of the bucket filled with oats, and then I burst out laughing.

We were in the old abandon house near the top of the cliff, where nobody would look for us.

"Y'know, you look really similar to your horse. As if he's you in horse form!" I said to L.

"Yeah I've noticed that too." He smiled. I walked to Gladiator and started brushing his long, soft white mane. He snorted with pleasure as L fed him a carrot.

"So when do we go? The sun's already high in the sky." I noticed. The question had been bugging me ver since the horses arrived.

"After dark, it's too dangerous for Gannondorf's people to be roaming around during the day. We might run into knights or... Him." L said.

"Who's him?" I thought it may be Link, but I wasn't sure.

"The boy in green, Hero of Time, Link..." He spat out his name as if it was a bad taste.

"So my boyfriend."

"Y-your WHAT?"

"... My boyfriend... Didn't you know? Well I guess you wouldn't if I never mentioned it..." I trailed off into mumbling to myself.

"... Perfect!!! If I lead him in then he'll..." His voice trailed off, but I was a bit worried.

"Um.... What?" I asked, not knowing if I wanted to know the answer.

"Oh...uh...nothing. Just trying to please a princess."

"Hm... Ok" I trusted him more than I thought I would. I mean c'mon he was nice, sweet, caring, trustworthy, protective, pretty hot... Wait... No I can't be thinking like this! I'm dating Link! But then again... I haven't seen him in about 3 days. Also L has been protecting me this whole time... is Link even looking for me?

I shook my head to get rid of the thoughts. "So where are we going if its the middle of the day?" I was really curious.

"Well I do know a place that we could go. I'm actually trusted there and I also have to do a job for the princess... Or queen... I'm not really sure what her role is. Anyway it's really beautiful and we're safe during the day." He said while smiling at me. Wow this guy's really full of smiles.

"Ok well lets go!" I smiled back.

We walked outside and he put a hand on my shoulder. A large black and blue space appeared underneath us and so did one above us. The really scary part though, was when we started to disappear into little black rectangles and squares that floated into the portal in the sky.

When we appeared into the other world, it was breathtaking. The sky was a deep red with dark clouds all over, and there were giant black birds flying around. The city we just appeared outside of was huge. Each building was made of black rectangles, and had a red or blue design on each building.
