You loved reading, people could always find you sitting in your own corner reading a book. You enjoyed reading in calm and alone. You were also shy. You never talked to people until they've made the first attemp.

Everyday was the same, wake up, eat breakfast, go to school, eat lunch, study, read, sleep. Until that day when...

You were walking to your new school, reading a book. « woah i never knew he was the culprit... » you thought as you continued reading your book until you bumped in someone's chest. « Ah sorry i wasn't looking where i was going. », said the boy you bumped into, he was quite cute ? « O-oh it's okay.. i wasn't looking where i was going either. », you said as you looked at your feet and closed the book. « What's your name ? » he asked you as he looked at you, « I-im (L/N) (F/N). » You said with a small blush. « I'm Jeon Jungkook ! please take care of me ! » He joyfully said as he bowed and and extended his hand, flashing a charming smile. That took you by surprise; your walks to school were always quite lonely, meeting someone so lively and radiant was a nice break from your routine. You realised you have been staring at his hand for quite a while and hurriedly shifted your gaze back to his eyes; a warm and beautiful brown. You glady shook his hand. « Please take care of me as well, Oh i need to go or i'll be late to geography, see you soon Jungkook hyung. » you quikly turned around but he suddenly grabbed your wrist and said « No wait, i see that we're wearing the same uniform, and i have geography class too, let me walk you to school, yes? » he said with a cute grin. « Oh okay, thanks. » You said with a small smile.

------Time Skip------

It was finally the end of the day, you were ready to leave school. You arranged your things and got up, but you felt a hand on your shoulder, so you turned and saw Jungkook with a smile « Hey, (Y/N) can we walk home together ? all my friends are busy with their club activities. » « Oh, okay. » you said as you took your book from your backpack and started reading it.

You walked in silence, but it was a comfortable silence. You were reading your book and Jungkook was just walking and sometimes staring at you.

Jungkook POV

« How can she read a book while walking ? » i thought, i wasn't noticing that i was staring at her a while now until she looked back at me and said « Is something wrong ? » i quikly looked away and said « N-nothing.. » « i hope she doesn't think i'm weird. »

Your POV

You noticed that you arrived to your home and quikly turned to Jungkook and said « So.. here's my house thanks for walking me home Jungkook. » you bowed and took your keys from your backpack and opened the door, you turned to jungkook and smiled « See you tomorrow Jungkook. » you were about to close the door until Jungkook cleared his throat and said « Wait, » he had a serious but gentle look in his eyes. « Are you free Saturday ? i want to take you to the amusement park. » It was the first time someone asked you to go somewhere, you were always in your room reading in the whole weekend. « u-um.. of course. » You said while blushing « Great ! i'll pick you up at 2pm, i'm looking forward to this date ! » then he ran off letting you standing there frozen on your spot.
