Emily: That sounds very serious.

Melody: *looks at table beside the therapy bed-thing and sees notepad*
Emily: Just don't pay attention to what this notebook says. *note states "there's no escape, run while you can."*
*patient continues crying*
Melody: These people are so insane, I just... I just...
Emily: It's okay just let it all out.
Melody: NO DONT TOUCH ME!!!
Emily: I'M SORRY OK!!
*doctor rambles about random stuff nobody can understand what she's saying*
*doctor kills herself*
*Melody kills herself too and everyone dies*
