I've put on shoes, you could slip into your crocks.

Step on to the grass, just don't stand by,
Lift your feet for you can fly high.
You look so good, you sound very sweet.
But very few know that you've taken a lot of heat.
I know you're tough, tough and rough.
But you've taken unbearable scuff.
Get up and just keep walking,
Please do not make me do the talking.
You already know whatever I have to say,
Its as if you tell the horse to feed on hay.
I know you wanna move ahead,
I know that you love staying ahead.
Never wait back 'cause I am too slow,
Grab my hand and take me in the flow.
Run away when you want something that's far,
If I can't make it on foot, I'll reach there by car.
But I will reach, you'll never get rid of me,
Even when you get to bid off me.
Grab a seat to fill in your lungs,
Take a jump when you can skip the rungs.
Take a leap when you see a puddle,
Don't forget me or else I'll duddle.
Its so good to see you happy, told you that the walk would help,
You would look weird if you'd wanna yelp.
Smile more bright, I still can't see all of your teeth,
You look beautiful when you seethe.
