❝잊을 수 없는 너❞

"one peppermint mocha please."
mingyu said as he fished out a five dollar bill from his pocket.
the cashier nodded her head in response as she shyly blushed at the sight of the pleasant figure standing right in front of her. with her trembled hand, she took the bill and proceed to brew the coffee for mingyu.
as mingyu waited patiently for the coffee to be made, he turned and walked to an empty seat nearest to the entrance door.
the moment he sat down, he quickly took out his camera and started looking through the pictures that he took this morning. he smiled as he glanced through the pictures.
it had took him the whole night for him to take the best shots through the glorious night and honestly? he was proud of his work. he grinned from ear to ear as he held in his excitement, afraid that he would do another of his happy dance in front of everyone in the cafe.
not like anyone would notice him anyways... it was nearly empty.
"h-here is your c-cup of mocha. en- enjoy!"
he nod his head graciously as he shot one of his killer smiles to the waitress, muttering a word of thanks. turning beetroot red, the waitress quickly bowed and ran back behind the counter.
as he stared at the cup that was placed on the table, an idea suddenly struck his head. he quickly switched on his camera and started taking multiple photos of the coffee... from different angles and different positions.
at that moment of time, he did not really care about how awkwardly he was sitting, how judging the glares he was getting from other customers were, or how his phone was beeping constantly.
all he cared was the perfect picture he wanted to get from the mocha.
ding! at that moment, the bells chimed as the door opened. mingyu did not once looked up like he would always do when he sensed a new presence.
as you can tell, he's someone who has.. a really short attention span.
crash!
but there goes mingyu's focus as he grumbled at the sound of plate crashing to the ground.
he ruffled his hair in annoyance, not because of the person who had disrupted the peace and quietness in the cafe, but because of how exaggerated his actions can be when he is shocked.
he had the 'perfect shot' at that time. and while he was about to take that 'perfect shot', he got a huge shock from the noise and the picture he took had became completely blurred.
sighing, he looked up to see what was happening.
at first sight, he realised then that the waitress had accidentally dropped a few plates on the ground. mingyu raised an eyebrow questioningly as he looked at the waitress, who was currently gaping at something, or perhaps someone, instead of picking up the broken pieces.
coughs, coughs. more specifically, the person who had just walked in.
he furrowed his eyebrows at the waitress' widened eyes and gaping mouth as he followed her gaze.
and there stood a young man, seemingly older than mingyu, at the door.
"holy shit."
