"Morning Dan, how are you? Sleep well?" Chris Asked, whist walking up to the school building. Dan waited there for him everyday.
"I'm good. I slept very well, thank you. And yourself?" Dan responded. Chris smiled and shook his head in response, remembering staying up all night on the phone with PJ the previous night.
Chris got lost in thought, and dan didn't question him further as they both walk into the school to meet with PJ at his locker. PJ smiled and waved as we came up. PJ, hiding a slight blush at remember the previous night with chris.
Dan was not let in on the secret that chris and PJ were dating, and had been for a few months now. They didn't want dan to know out of fear that he would get jealous.
Dan took a liking to chris, but nothing like romantic interest. No, dan copied chris in everything he liked, everything he wore, everything he ate. Everything. They worried if dan knew chris fancied PJ then dan would get defensive.
However, they were unaware that dan did in fact know they liked each other, and he liked them as a couple. Dan knew he was crazy. No normal person devotes so much time and effort into matching someone completly, but he felt lost without someone to follow.
