-------------------------I had woken up early the next morning and, unable to go back to sleep, I pushed myself up into a sitting position, rubbing my temple with a soft sigh. Another nightmare, I was beginning to have them more frequently as time went on, and they only seemed to be getting worse. I looked around, the barn dark as a very dim light seeped through the cracks in the walls, everyone asleep in their own separate areas with Abraham being the closest to me. I looked at him, eyes roaming over his body as I chewed at the inside of my cheek. If he and I were ever intimate, he'd crush me under his large frame; it wasn't that he was fat, I wouldn't go as far as to say that, but he was very built.
Wait...if we were intimate. Why would I think of something like that with him? I shivered at the thought, though deep down it was an interesting image. I hadn't been needed that way in such a long time, but I would never stoop to desperation, I had standards. "Like what you see Jones?" Abraham mumbled, causing me to jump in surprise; I hadn't realized he'd been facing me due to the darkness. I frowned at his use of my last name, "Don't call me that. I have a first name." I scolded softly, and he chuckled at the obvious aggravation lacing my tone. "Easy, sweetheart, don't get your panties in a twist." I glared at him, knowing he wouldn't be able to see it. "Why are you over here, and not with Rosita?" I asked after a pause, and he groaned softly as he sat up. "Because I damn well felt like being over here. Got a problem with it, Jones?" Oh, he was just spurring me on now.
I opened my mouth to respond, but paused when I couldn't figure out what to say. Though, when I did finally speak, I regretted it almost instantly. "Fuck you." I spat back, and his soft chuckle proved that my little outburst was taken in a much different way. "I believe you'd be the one getting fucked," he responded once he calmed down before laying on the ground once more, and that was the end of the conversation as he didn't speak again.
