Chapter 1 - Freedom, At Last

Frisk's POV

  Finally, my journey is over. Every battle, every wound, every heartbreaking or terrifying moment has been worth it. I fought hard. Well, I didn't fight. More like, acted. Heh. Let's just say.. I worked hard. Yeah, I worked pretty damn hard to get where I am today, where we are today. Finally the barrier is broken. Everyone is free.. I freed everyone. Sans, Papyrus, Alphys, Undyne, Toriel, Asgore, Mettaton, Napstablook, everyone. Every single monster in the underground is free to leave and make a new life for themselves. Mettaton, Blooky, and Shyren can put together that musical act they talked about, Burgerpants can well, hey, maybe he'll get to join them! Temmie can go to college since I never got the chance to send her, Annoying, Lesser, and Greater dogs can find loving families! Everyone has a fresh start.

  Needless to say, I feel great. I can feel everyone's happiness, everyone's relief. Undyne said she can still feel everyone's hearts beating as one. She can feel everyone's relief and happiness too. I think she's going to like it here. She said she might train kids in some sort of martial arts. I'm going to help her figure that stuff out. Sans said this is his favorite timeline. I giggled at the thought. He said he's just going to continue to be the lazybones he is, making me giggle again. Well, he will get a job. Some sort of body guard, maybe. I don't know, I just assume it will be similar to the sentry job he had in the underground. Papyrus just said he's happy he can make better spaghetti, and maybe even form his own Royal Guard. I shook my head and smiled when he told me. Good ol' Papyrus. Alphys said she's going to get a degree in science and technology, which sort of surprised me. I thought she was going to stay inside all day and watch anime. Well anyway, Undyne told her that her idea sounded awesome, causing Alphys to blush. I think they're going to finally be together. I'm really happy for them. As for Asgore and Toriel, well, I think they're going to get back together as well. Asgore seems pretty determined to win her back. I hope he does. He seems like a great dad. I want them to be my parents to be honest. I have none. No ones know that I'm an orphan. I have no one to return to now that I'm going back to the surface.. Anyway, other than that Toriel said she's going to be a school teacher. Asgore said he might work at the same school, Toriel works at. He's not quite sure. Well, here's hoping that everything works out.
