*Stella's P.O.V.*

"Stella, Jim is being taken to the Hospital." Mia says as I put George and Christopher to sleep, I don't even say a word before changing my clothes and running out the door, I run as fast as possible to the hospital, only stopping to ask where Jim was. Once I arrive at the room he's in I barge through the door and tackle him on the bed "Please tell me you're alright?!" I scream at him, he simply wraps his arms around me and holds me close. "I'm alright, baby please calm down, too much energy will harm the baby." he whispers.

I freeze slightly, silently begging that no one would notice but Bones did "Dear lord tell me you haven't lost the baby!" he says, I hide my face in Jim's neck and say "No, I went into early labor..." everyone goes quiet, "Where is the baby Stella." Spock asks worried, I pull back and say "Home with Mia..." suddenly my com starts ringing. "Yeah?" I say once I open it, "Where on earth are you?" Mia asks as baby cries are heard.

"I came to see if my fiance was alright. How is everything?" I ask, "Alright, I need to make exams to see if everything is completely fine, can I come to the Hospital?" she asks being careful with her choice of words, I hum in response feeling everyone's eyes on me. I end the conversation and look at everyone, "What?" I say, they look away as I stroke Jim's hair still worried about him.

"Are you sure you're alright?" Jim and Spock ask me simultaneously, I nod just as cries are heard outside the door, I spring from the bed and open the door, "Thank you Mia." I say and push the little baby cart inside, Nyota soon appears and I say "Okay now that the more important people are here. I want everyone to meet Christopher William Kirk and George Sarek Kirk." I turn the cart around and see everyone's eyes wide with wonder, Nyota is the first to react, "They have pointy ears! Like you! But they have their fathers face!" she squeals, "You named them after Pike and my father." Jim says, I nod and grab Christopher, "This is your eldest Son by 2 minutes." I say as I place Christopher in his arms. "And this is your youngest nephew by 2 minutes." I say as I place George in Spock's arms.
