Why bother trying to please
When everything we do isn't
It isn't enough for them
We work our asses off
For what
For them to be proud
Like that'll ever happen
They have to relise that there's
There's no such thing as perfect
Perfect is an ideal
And we'll never meet their ideals
In their eyes we have to
Have to be straight a students
We can't do anything to please them
We get jobs after jobs after jobs
But whatever we do it's never
Never good enough
But why bother trying to please
Its our life not theirs
We can live it how we want
