Aita POV

I've been in Florence,  Itlay for about three months now. I love it here! My back starts to hurt so I lean up against the wall. I don't know why but this always helps. Right now I'm about 5 months pregnant. I just wish I already had the baby. I really hate looking like a balloon. I'm so excited cause I get find the sex of the babies today. Mom wanted to go with me but I told her I want the sex of the babies to be a surprise to the rest of the family.

I get to my appointment a few meets Dr. Gianna Frassati. She's the best doctor in the world. Good thing is that she's a pediatrician so I get to keep her as a doctor for the babies if I stay here in Italy.

I really love this country and with all the family theses kids would have here I think it will be the best. My baby will be my life and I will do anything to protect them. I just they never ask me about their father cause I know nothing about him and I don't want them to think that they were conceived on a drunken night.

"Ms. Santiago the doctor will see you," the nurse said

I get up and follow the nurse into a room. The nurse checks all my vitals and the tells me the doctor will be with me soon.

I pull out my iPhone and put my headphone on. I know it's going to be a while. I lay back and close my eyes. Than I hear a knock on the door. That was quick I thought. "Come in," I say and the door opens

"Miss Santiago how are you feeling today," she asked

"Doctor this baby is treating my insides like soccer match. They are killing me," I said out of breath

"Yeah it's a pain but it will be worth it once you get to hold them in you arms," she said smiling

"That's true," I smiled back

"Now we get to check what your having if they let us. Lay completely back. I'm going to put this cream on you and it going to be cold,"

I did as I was told. "So what about the father will he be in the delivery room," she questioned me

"No! I don't know how to find him. I've tried and all I know is his first name. I shouldn't have left that quick the next morning. Don't let me bore you to death," I said

"Do you love him," she asked

"How can I love a guy I just met. There was this connection that I felt. Like I was being drawn to him," I replied

"What's his name if you don't mind me asking!"

"His name is Aiden! Like my childhood best friend and his Italian. I can tell by his accent which I would know it from anywhere. I play it over in my head," I said with the biggest grin on my face

"Maybe one day your path will cross again," she said

"But if we don't than I'll always have these little one," I said

"We'll let's get back to see what your having," she said

We both turn toward the screen. "Look that one there looks like it can be a little wiener. So that means one boy down. It looks like the other two are girls," she said cleaning my stomach

I was over the moon with joy when she gave me the ultrasound picture. I can't wait until I tell the rest of the family. I can't wait until I have my babies. "Mommy loves you guys more than words can say," I said to myself
