"Buddy we've found her last whereabouts," Niklaus said

"Where," I asked with joy

"She's been in Italy this whole time," he said

"Is she the same girl," I asked

"All I know she's the girl that's been visiting you in the hospital. If she's the same I don't know! You have to go check when you get there. My source said she's been going to see this doctor a lot. She might be sick," he said

"Do you know what part of Italy or the doctor's name," I asked

"I knew you would ask that. Right now I'm him to send me that information," he said

I was glad that we found something on her. I really wanted to find what happened to my real family and who she was to me. She could be the key to what happened to my family. I'm finally getting somewhere after all theses years.

"I just got the information. The doc's name is a Dr. Gianna Frassati in Florence," he said giving me the address

"I'm going to schedule a flight out tonight. I have to find this girl. She could be the answer to my past," I say calling my pilot to see if he can take me to Italy tonight.

"I'll be coming with you. I haven't been there in years," Niklaus said

"Your just looking for a free trip," I said

"You haven't paid for all the hard I've done in tracking her down. She was hard to find too," he said

"Fine! The plane leaves in 2 hours. Meet me there," I said

I called my brother to tell him what was going on. To my surprise he wanted to come. Great I thought!

Heading home to pack not sure how long will be there. I can't wait to get some answers. I've been looking for this girl for years. Than gave up when I couldn't find her. It would be great if their one in the same. My Aita from that night is the same girl that visited my at the hospital so many years ago.

On the jet heading to Italy thinking of what I'm going to say when I see her. I don't want her to think I'm crazy or anything.

"So what are you going say when you see her," Dom asked

"I hope you thought of something," Niklaus said

"I know what I'm going to say," I tried to look convinced

No I haven't thought of that yet! All I've been trying to do is find her. Damn how stupid could I be. I should have thought about before I hoped on the jet. What am I going to do when I see her? What if she's the same that walked out on me that morning? Even worse what if she's belongs to someone. I have to stop scaring myself everything will be ok.

The jet just landed and I decide instead of heading to the hotel for us to make a stop at my cousin's office. Dom and I haven't seen her since graduated from medical school. Arriving at her office I step out the car.

"What are we doing here," Dom asked

"I just want to go see cousin Gianna and say hi," I said with a smile

"Dr. Gianna Frassati is your cousin," Nicklaus asked raising his eyes brows

"Gianna isn't like the rest of us. She won't give you info if this girl is a patient. Even if your family," Dom said

"I told I told you I'm going to say hi and that's it. Now back off," I snapped

I knocked on her door. "Come in," said the voice behind the door

I entered first with Dom and Niklaus behind me. "OMG if it isn't my two favorite cousin's," she says getting up to give us a hug

"I'm the favorite," said Dom

I punched him the in the arm. "It's been along time since we've seen you and wanted to how's the dating life," I asked

"Been to busy working. But why are you guys here," she added

"Funny you ask," I asked

"He's trying to find his past," Dom said

"My office is the place you think. There's nothing here for you Aiden," she said

"That's where your wrong. One of you patient that been coming to see you is the key," I said

"I can't disclose anything new about any of my patients," she said

"What type of doctor are," I asked

"Your kidding me! How can you not what type of doctor I am," she asked

"Please

"Obstetricians," she said

"So your what type doctor are you again," I asked

"Your crazy! I deal with pregnancy patient," she said

"So Aita is pregnant," I said

"You know Aita," she asked

"She's the girl that used to visit me in the hospital when I was younger. The only one that knows about my past, but disappeared when I woke up from my coma," I said

"This can't be true your the babies father. Your the Aiden she been talking about since she's been my patient," she said

"What do you mean babies and how can I be the father. I haven't seen her in years," I said

"No! You met her at a party months ago and she left you the next morning," she said

Oh MY God! She's the same girl I've been looking for. No wonder why I felt this strong connection between us. She's pregnant with my baby! Wait a minute Gianna said babies in more than one.

"I'm going to be a father," I smiled

"I've already said to much. Come back tomorrow we can talk more. I want to talk to her first," she said

"You just told me that I'm going to be father and now telling me to wait," I said

"Your going to have to trust me on this," she said before walking out of her office

We said our goodbyes and we also walked out the door. I started to think on what she wanted to talk about tomorrow. I can't believe that I've been looking for her and that she's here. The best news of all she's pregnant with my babies. I'm getting ahead of myself! What if their not mine? What if she's married?
