By the time I wake up Rue and Katniss have made a plan. That they would blow up the careers food. They said their goodbyes but I could tell that Rue was nervous.
I walk outside to the justice building where the main screens, it was Peeta ,he was by the river like Rue had said.
Suddenly the careers came, Peeta runs away as soon as he sees them but they are faster and a sword goes into his leg and he screams but he keeps running around the river and eventually he loses them, he sits down by the moss and looks at his cut, It's bad and only one person could have done that.

Suddenly I see Gale running out to me,
'Prim, Rue is in trouble'
No one had to tell me twice, Gale and I ran to my house into the projection.
'Katniss, Katniss help!!!'the scream yells and Katniss is running, faster and faster towards the screams. She gets to Rue, she is trapped in a net and I was scared that the careers would be around here. Katniss gets Rue out and they hug.
'It's ok your safe' she whispers.
Some sudden pang enters, the hug remains me of before the reaping when I was having a nightmare.
Suddenly a career comes out and all of a sudden I think of Peeta but that doesn't last long as Marvel I think he is, throws a spear, just missing Katniss. Marvel is dead in a instance with Katniss's arrow. Katniss turns around to Rue. Who has the spear in her stomach, she falls and Katniss rushes and holds her.
'Your okay, your okay' She looks at the wound and mum and I share a glance, the wound can't be mended, Katniss knows this as well as she starts crying softly.
'did you blow up the food' Rue asks.
Katniss nods 'every last bit'
'good'
That's when I realise she is only 12 and she will never return home to her family, the thought makes me cry.
'can you sing?' Rue suddenly asks, then again It reminds me of the reaping when I asked Katniss to sing.
Then Katniss starts singing.
Deep in the meadow
Under the willow
and then I started singing too.
A bed of grass
a soft green pillow
Then Rue stops breathing and I hear the cannon goes off. Katniss starts crying more, she picks up the spear and throws it, she yells in anger and pain. I couldn't bear to watch so I went back to the square to watch Peeta.
Sorry things have been busy.
I reckon what Peeta thinks of Rue's death??
