Chapter 6

"YOU MEAN YOU GUYS ALMOST KISSED?" Chenle yells.

"Y-yes now quiet down my mom is just in the kitchen."

"Sorry I can't help it my ship is sailing. I've got to call Renjun."

"No you don't , it's not like we kissed we almost did but we didn't. Besides I'm not even sure that he wanted to kiss me the only reason why we ended up that close to each other was because my pencil fell to the floor and we reached for it at the same time."

"Well, who was the one to ruin the moment?"

"U-uh about that."

"Kim Donghyuck DO NOT TELL ME YOU WERE THE ONE! IF YOU WERE I AM GOING TO KILL YOU!"

Donghyuck gulped, aside from Chenle's cute and innocent looks he's a tough one on the inside. Sometimes Donghyuck was afraid of him believe it or not. It was true.

"I-I was the one, b-but for a good reason."

"Oh really? What was your 'good reason' Donghyuck?"

"W-well because I've never kissed anyone before I was afraid. Or what if he didn't want to kiss me and if I leaned in first he would've moved away?"

"You were just thinking way too much Hyuck, if he didn't want to kiss you he would've been the one to ruin the moment. But it was you who ruined it and now he might think that you didn't want to kiss him. Aish why are you so dense."

Donghyuck just curls into a ball in his bed.

"And are you sure you never kissed anyone? Haven't you kissed Joy last summer in summer camp?"

"What? No! I told you the story over 1 million times I tripped over my shoe lace and landed into her face. Our lips touched only a tiny bit we moved away very quickly. She even slapped me afterwards."

"Oh yeah that's right." Chenle laughs.

"Heeey, it isn't that funny."

"It really is bro."

Donghyuck sighs.

"Anyways back to the point here, so you have to get that kiss from Mark."

"W-what how?"

"Well homecoming is right around the corner maybe he'll ask you?"

"I highly doubt that Chenle."

"Well I don't and do you know why?"

"Umm why?"

"Because I am going to make sure of it."

"What are you getting me into?"

"A relationship." He smiles.

Donghyuck pouts.

"That's impossible, me in a relationship with Mark Lee? Yeah that's funny."

"I'm not laughing so therefore it isn't funny. I'm gonna make sure Mark asks you to homecoming and you are going to get that kiss from him if it's the last thing I do."

"Are you really that determined?"

"Yes of course, anything for Markhyuck."

"Aish Chenle."

"The only thing that's left to do is to come up with a plan."

Chenle grabs a sheet of loose leaf paper and titled the top "Mission for Markhyuck."

Donghyuck sighs once again.

The boys met up at the park to discuss the whole homecoming or better known as 'Mission for Markhyuck'. Donghyuck really dreaded coming of course he wanted Mark to ask him to homecoming but he didn't want it to have to be this way. He wanted Mark to ask him because he wanted to not because Chenle is gonna make him or make sure of it. He just didn't feel like discussing a plan that can possibly be a waste because Mark might like someone else and ask that person he liked to homecoming rather than Donghyuck.

"So boys get this I am trying to get Mark to ask Donghyuck to homecoming." Chenle says.

"That's a great idea, they are so adorable together." Renjun says.

"They really are, you can so tell they both like each orher." Jeno says with his famous eye smile.

"I know right, they both like each other but are to blind to know it."

"Hey that's not true." Donghyuck defends.

"It is so true come on now admit it." Jaemin adds.

"Not trying to stop all of this excitement or whatever this is but how are you going to get Mark to ask?" Jisung asks.

"Well you see that's very simple, Mark likes Donghyuck and we all know that. All we have to do is some convincing."

"Some convincing Chenle? Maybe A LOT of convincing."

"Oh shut it will you? He likes you and I know this isn't going to be that hard you watch."

"So what do you have planned so far Chenle? How can we help?" Renjun asks.

"I was thinking since you guys talk at times maybe you can try to get him to admit his feelings for Donghyuck."

"How would I do that? We aren't that close."

"Well, homecoming is exactly two weeks away so try and get closer to him before that."

"I guess I can try."

"Jaemin and Jeno this is kind of a tricky task but I need you two to help Donghyuck here to be more approachable. You guys need to make him more social and more adorable so that way guys can be all over him and it will make Mark jealous. And him being jealous will make him want to ask him to homecoming sooner before anyone else does."

"Got it." Jaemin and Jeno say in unison.

"Jisung I need you to just pay attention to Mark and report to me how he acts around Donghyuck."

"Why do I have to do that?"

"It's a simple task that's why."

"Do I really have to be apart of this plan?"

"Why yes, yes you do."

Jisung sighs.

"Well who's ready to begin the 'Misson for Markhyuck' ?"

They all get up happily ready for the mission.

Jisung on the other hand wasn't so happy but everyone else was getting prepared for the mission to even notice.
