Annie's P.O.V.
Katie takes me up to her room, leaving Brennan outside on the dock. I'm so happy right now! I'm glad that Katie accepts us together.
"Okay, first we pick out a dress then we do makeup." Katie says leading me into my closet.
"Hmm okay so I think that we will go with this dress" she said handing me my red lace dress.
"Yay! My favorite!" I say taking the dress and putting it nicely on my bed. Okay I admit it, I'm a neat freak.
"Since your dress is red and it is summer... I think that white sandals will go best with this outfit." Katie says looking around my closet for some.
"Okay I have the perfect ones! What about these?" I dig into my closet and pull out my white sandals that I got in Australia.
"Perfect!" Katie squeals. Then I squeal and we both jump up and down excited for tonight.
"Now jewelry" Katie says leading me to my bathroom. She picks out my white and rose gold watch and my long key necklace.
"Purse?" I ask.
"Ah I almost forgot! Thanks for reminding me!" Katie says walking to my door and behind it are all of my bags.
"Hmm" Katie says while laying out a couple different bags for me to choose from. I pick my Michael Kors black backpack. My favorite. I take that thing everywhere.
"Time for hair and makeup!" Katie squeals leading me to my bathroom.
"For makeup, I'm thinking just a simple glittery gold look, okay?" She asks, showing me what she will be using.
Once she is done, it looks fabulous and with my outfit? It will sure have Brennan's jaw to the ground.
"Now hair. What about a pancake braid into a bun with strands curled around it?" Katie asks showing me a picture of it.
"Absolutely beautiful! Hey, wanna play some music?" I ask her. Katie nods her head in agreement. I take my phone and start to play Drake's latest album.
It takes Katie about 25 minutes to get my hair to the way she wants it. We jam out to music in the mean time.
"Done!" Katie shouts startling me, making me almost touch the hot curling iron.
"Katie!" I scream. She apologizes. Then gets a mirror and shows me the back of my hair.
"Oh my god Katie! I can't believe you did this!" I say stunned. I'm at a loss of words. It's beautiful, just like the picture but better.
"Oh stop that, it's nothing! Easy peasy!" She says blowing it off like it's nothing.
"Time to get this look complete!" Katie says skipping to my bed.
I get dressed and put everything on and got everything together. I look in the mirror and my jaw drops. I look stunning. And this is all for a family dinner? Wow I go full out don't I?
"Ready to go girls?" Dad yells from downstairs.
"Sure!" We say together, running down the stairs and out the door to Katie house so she can get ready. Dad said I looked really pretty as a I was running out the door.
We run through the door so no one would see us and we run up to Katie's room. Once she is finally ready and we hear that everyone is here. We make our way to the stairs.
