Faded Roses (Cassie's garden)

Punishment (Updated)

"What?" She gasped staring at the roses. "What kind of screwed up infection is this?"
The lights flickered, and a strong wind came into the room. Everything went dark. Lightning striked and thunder roared. Cliché as all get out.

Everything went back to normal, but she wasn't alone anymore.
Lizzie was there.
"What? What the hell?" Cassie backed away, "How are you in my house!?" She immediately began to feel for her ax, Lizzie walked closer to her, placing a gentle cold hand on Cassie's arm. "You fainted before anything could be explained, so instead of waiting for you, I was able to come here. Your imagination is so vivid.

"What do you mean? Explain what?" 

"You're being punished for what you've done." Lizzie answered, matter of factly. 

"My... punishment?"

 Lizzie nodded. "You murdered three people. Which means you have three punishments. The basic one, of course, nightmares. Self explanatory. You will experience the physical pain you caused ten fold, finally, you're on a time limit. The longer it takes for you to redeem yourself, those flowers growing in you will slowly take over your body, If you don't redeem yourself beforehand, you will die, and your soul will be doomed."  Lizzie stated. Everything started darkening, and thunder came back. "I must go now. I can't stay any longer. " Lizzie started to fade away. "We will be watching you."

"Wait! What does any of this mean!? How do I redeem myself!?" Cassie cried out.

Lizzie was gone.

She looked back at the mirror. The pain was unbearable, she was breathing heavily. 
She knew she had to move on though. She wasn't sure how to redeem herself, seeing as she still didn't understand the full consequence of what she's done. She decided to start by going to Stacy, Stampy, and Dan, the survivors. Maybe... she could understand... maybe they could understand... She had no idea how that was going to go, but she would try anyway.
