It had been a wild night of partying in the London clubs for Simon, CalFreezy having dragged him out of the Sidemen house to join him.
"You'll get to meet some girls, have some fun, get wasted," Cal had said before laughing and sharply nudging Simon's side.
Simon had reluctantly agreed to the night out and what Cal said was very true. There were some girls, he did have some fun but, most of all, Simon got wasted.
After stumbling back to Cal's apartment, because it was the closest place, Simon flopped on to the sofa and refused to move.
"C'mon, Simon. You need to get off your ass and go home," Cal groaned, Simon shaking his head and burying his face into the cushions of the couch. The boys hadn't exactly been the quietest coming inside and had distracted Harry from his editing. He stepped out of his room and went to the living room to see Cal stood over Simon, his hands on his hips. Simon slipped his phone out of his pocket as Harry walked over, offering to take him home.
"Simon, I could drive you home," Harry said and Simon shook his head.
"Nooooo, I want Josh," he whined and his fingers worked fast to type on his phone.
Cal and harry looked to each other with a sigh, harry going to the kitchen and pouring a glass of water but Simon immediately refused it.
"No, I want Josh to get me water. Josh would get me water. He'd probably get me food too..." Simon mumbled, turning his attention back to his phone and now calling Josh.
It was around 3am and Josh had been spending his time editing videos, trying to ignore his phone as it buzzed from constant texts. He'd eventually gone to turn his phone on silent when he saw all the messages. Every single text was from Simon, all of them filled with nonsense and typos that made them barely understandable. As he scrolled through his notifications, he then saw the phone calls from Simon and the multiple voicemails. With a sigh, Josh took off his headphones and began to play one of the voice mails.
"Joooosh, I need you.....Cal's being mean to me...he wants to take me home....Harry no! I want Josh."
The rest of the voicemails went along the same lines and so did the texts. After sending a quick text to Harry, letting them know that he was on his way, Josh called a taxi to take him to the Stratford Halo Tower.
Once the cab pulled up to the building, Josh told the driver to wait there before jogging inside and getting Harry to buzz him up. Josh was soon up to the apartment and knocked on the door, smiling as it was opened by CalFreezy.
"C'mon in. Simon's on the couch and not moving," he explained and josh nodded, stepping inside and over to the blond.
"Let's get you home, yeah?" Josh mumbled as he crouched down by Simon so that their eyes were level. Simon's tired face lit up upon seeing Josh, immediately draping his arms around Josh's shoulders.
"I'm hungry," Simon whined, Josh standing himself to his feet and forcing Simon's arm off of him.
"Well, if we can get you home then I can make you some food," josh said, hoping it could tempt the drunken boy to stand up t least. Although, looking at the state of him, josh as pretty sure he couldn't stand alone.
He slipped an arm around Simon and slowly pulled him to his feet, keeping his hold on him tight as Simon stumbled slightly. Since Cal was also tired and drunk, he'd gone to bed so Harry decided to help josh get Simon out of the building.
They were soon outside and by the taxi, Josh giving a small apology to the driver for having to wait so long. He didn't seem too bothered so Josh just opened the door to the vehicle and carefully sat Simon in the seat. Harry then returned to the building and his sleep, Josh leaning over Simon and buckling his seatbelt. Josh then went round the other side of the car and got into the front seat, breathing a sigh of relief and giving the driver the address.
It was mostly quiet at first as Simon had fallen asleep in the back but the driver broke the silence.
"This happen often?" he questioned, snapping josh out of his sleep-deprived daze. He gave the man a small shake of his head.
"It doesn't happen often but, when it does, I'm always the one having to sort him out," josh said and the driver gave him a small smile.
"Is he your boyfriend?" he questioned and josh just chuckled softly and shook his head, glancing back at Simon.
"He wishes."
