That's it. Today's the day I tell Maria how I feel. I gave it some time to see if it was a one time crush, but it wasn't. Every single day I saw her it just grew and grew, she's just so perfect and funny and amazing, and I can't go any longer without telling her, she needs to know.
Later that day
"Maria, can I talk to you in private?" I asked. "Um, sure." she replied.
"I've been holding this in for a while, and I think I really need to tell you. It's just that, you're really cool and funny and awesome, and... And..-" "What is it?" she said eagerly. "I have a crush on you." I said quickly, trying to get it over with. "Alex..I, I like you too." she replied. I felt so relieved. "What now?" she asked. "Are we dating? I replied. "I guess" she said, "What are we gonna tell Leila?" "We'll just tell her the truth" I said. I was really flustered for the rest of the day, but happy too.
