Ever since that information came up, Father has been calling me and arranging me into events for planning our marriage. Jungkook is there, too. But I always do the talking, which is tiring my voice. We were currently in another luxury where we were supposed to reserve a date for our wedding to start.
"I'm really sorry, miss. Most of our venues are reserved for other couples. I'm afraid there's nothing available, at the moment." I was surprised, Father would feel mad if we can't use a venue in this luxury. I gulped nervously, "Are you sure? Maybe there's another spot..." I suggested. The lady on the counter did a few tapping on her computer before looking back at me. "No, there isn't. I'm really sorry." I looked at the Jungkook who felt nonexistent at this moment. He was just smiling and chuckling on his phone, which he's probably texting his girlfriend, So Hye. Yes, I know her name. We met a few times since she goes to Jungkook's office, very often.
"Could you at least respond to our situation?" I whispered at him. He snapped back to reality and looked at the lady, "But we really need to get married, here. I'll pay whatever the cost." He demanded. He didn't really have life when he said that.
"Well, we do have one... but it's the VVIP package and it's price is really high." I thought this was the only chance and agreed. After that, we both went out. Jungkook was still staring at his phone.
"Oh, So Hye wants to meet me so I'll see you back in the office." Jungkook stated before running to his car. He drove off without even thinking that I had no ride to go on. I sighed deeply and took a taxi. He could've at least dropped me off.
"Hey, Maria. Any schedules up?" I asked as Maria was computing the documents she had on her hand. "Hm, you're free for today." Maria smiled sweetly, "Ohh, okay. I'll just go, then." I replied and slowly walked outside. I decided to call my childhood friend, Jimin.
"Hey, Jimin.. Up for some ramen?" I asked. Jimin was groaning, he must've been asleep.
"Ugh, sure. Meet me at my house." He ended the call, afterwards. I got on my car which was parked not too far and drove off to his house. After arriving, I saw Jimin topless. "I have a lot to-" I paused to scan his abs that was very defined. "To explain to you." I move my eyes up to his face. He chuckled as he observed that I was staring at his chest very often.
"Sure, do you want me to get a shirt?" He smirked. I shrugged since I wanted both. Jimin was my childhood friend ever since birth. Our birthdays were pretty close to each other and we had a lot on common. He was the most caring friend I ever have. I wouldn't be here without him. Although, he confessed to me.
-FLASHBACK-
"Ya! Jimin ah!" I shouted out as he ran over to the swing.
"Hurry up, Mina!" He replied as he sat on the swings and pushed himself to move the swings. I panted as I got in front of him. "W-Wait for me..ahh..." I held my waist, feeling tired from running too much. I wasn't the sporty type so running wasn't my thing.
"Are you tired? Sorry.." He frowned as he saw me panting too much. "Nah, I just don't run often." I gave him a reassuring smile and sat down on the swings.
"Hey, I like a girl and I don't know how to confess to her." He spoke, out of the sudden. "You should tell her how you feel." I nonchalantly replied. "Okay, let me practice it on you." He stated as he fixed his posture and looked at me in the eye which I returned the favor.
"I've been with you through all the times and I really like you. My heart is beating so fast at this moment," I chuckled at his confession which was really cheesy and cute.
"But I really like you." He added with a serious tone in his voice. "Okay, now go tell her how you feel." I advised.
"I already did." He smiled sweetly. I blushed at that moment and didn't know what to do. It was the first time I got a confession. I stood up nervously and ran away, without a word.
