Mina Lee's POV
I felt hair brushing on my noise, nearly making me sneeze loudly. Yet, I managed to hold it off. I looked down to see Jungkook hugging me on the chest which made me lay my chin on his head.
I nudged him lightly as this position couldn't help me stand up. "Jungkook." I whispered at him. He groaned as he moved out of the way, almost falling off the bed as he was on the side.
I sighed as I watched him move from left to right. He looked cute, pouting and then parting his lips slowly.
I decided to start breakfast with sausages and eggs. Was a basic breakfast meal but we still had work. I mean, me. That hit me. How will Father react? What should we do?
"Good morning, babe." Jungkook blurted out, making me snap from my own thoughts. I gave him a smile, "Did I agree to naming myself, 'babe'?"
Jungkook shook his head with his signature smirk, "But you sure are hella one." I laughed at his compliment.
"I am flatted but let us fill our stomachs first, mister." Jungkook walked up to me, hugged me from behind and placed his head on my shoulder. Swaying left to right.
"I'm cooking, get off me." I felt him shake his head. I turned off the gas and served breakfast. I slowly removed Jungkook's clinginess from my shoulder and sat down in front. of him as he did as well in front of me.
"Anyways, what about Father?" Jungkook stopped from taking another spoon. "Let us talk straightforwardly to him. I'm sure he'll understand."
I frowned as I placed my hand on his, "But you know how my Father acts." Jungkook frowned as well. "Yes, but we have to try. I am definitely not signing those papers and neither will you."
I didn't know what got ahead of me. Now, I'm trying to help him, do I really love him?
"Okay. What's the plan?" I leaned closer to hear him louder. "I'll talk to him, privately. It's a matter for men."
I scoffed, "Just because I'm a woman? Wow. I can do incredible stuff, too." Jungkook chuckled, "And what are those incredible stuff, miss?"
"...Yeah." I silently said. Jungkook laughed loudly as I blushed in embarrassment, "Hey! That's no reason to laugh about!"
"I'm sorry, you just looked too cute." I rolled my eyes. "Whatever. Good luck with this, 'man' thing with Father." Jungkook kissed me on the forehead.
"I'm sorry." Jungkook softly smiled. "For what?" I asked, "For everything. For how I acted on you before. For being such a jerk."
I hit him lightly on his head, "You should be." We both chuckled.
"Oh, we should probably get going now. I heard your Father has a meeting around this time soon so we need to explain and fast."
I nodded as we both changed into our outfits. We walked out together, riding a car to the company. My heart beated faster with every sound our car makes as Jungkook speeds his way through the others.
"Jungkook, I'm scared." He smiled at me as reassurement. "Don't be. I'm here, you're here." I shook my head, "It's not something to be comforted with such mere words. It's my Father we're talking about."
"It's not mere words. They have meaning, alright." I stayed silent, pouting along the way.
We both intertwined our hands together. "What if Father doesn't appease to our reasons?" Jungkook shrugged, "One thing is for sure, I am definitely not giving you up."
My stomache had fluttered. He looked so determined to keep me within gis reach that I was involuntarily blushing up to the ears.
"Let's go." He dragged me to the office. The workers had looked at us like we were trouble. Jungkook didn't spare a glance and continued his way to Father's office. Maria signalled me to not go in as my Father was already in a bad mood but I couldn't stop, now.
