Heading back to my car where I parked it in the parking spot where I got my coffee considering on my break from work. I see Spencer's car with Avery and Violet sitting in the back seat "Toby?" I see Spencer leaning against the car with the car door open "Spencer what are you doing here?" I ask her softly, We've been seeing each other every now and then considering every second weekend the girls stay with me. "Not much really we've just came back from seeing Mile's family. Then we'll head back home I just wanted to get the girl's some food" I nod opening the car door looking at my daughter's who smiling brightly when seeing me. "Dad!" They shout with delight "Hey girls having fun with Mum?" I ask them gently kissing there foreheads "Yes we've had so much fun!" I smile hugging them tightly "Oh my girls I've missed you"

It's hard watching Spencer and Miles together, She's the only girl I ever really loved besides my mother. "It's been 3 years Toby you need to let it all go but for the sake of you're daughters you need to let Spencer go" Caleb tells me gripping my shoulder "You'll always love her that's one thing that will never change" His eyes show sadness the same that mine are filled with. "Thank you for always being here for me, I know things between you and Hanna aren't good at the moment" He shakes his head tears falling down his cheeks "It's okay everything going to be okay"

"Hello?" I call out as I see that my front door was open when I left 5 hours ago it was closed. "Dad!" I hear Violet shout as much to my surprise my two daughters run into my arms. "What are you guys doing here? Where's your mum?" I ask worried "T-Toby" I look up as I hear Spencer stutter my name "Spencer what's the matter?" I ask standing up letting go of the girls as they stand at my feet "D-Do you mind if we stay here for a while? Even just for the night?" I nod looking down at my girls and then back at Spencer "You guys can stay as long as you need to" Spencer nods giving me a small smile but I can see the tears stained on her cheeks. "Thank you"

"Are the girls asleep?" Spencer asks as I walk downstairs and sit beside her on the lounge "Yes out for the count" I chuckle and then look at her as she wipes her tears away "Spencer why did you guys come here tonight? What happened?" I ask her softly rubbing her back trying to soothe her as much as possible. "Miles came home drunk completely out of it he wasn't even thinking. Then he started yelling at me calling me all these hurtful names. He started shouting at me that I didn't love him and that we would never work" She sobs as she leans into my chest "H-He hit me Toby He hit me" I stand up bolting "He what?!" I shout feeling outraged "He laid his hand on you!" I shout reaching down and flipping my table and everything falling off it. "Toby please stop!" She shouts as she painfully sobs I grab my car keys heading to the door. "Stay here I'm taking care of this Spencer he's never touching you or our daughters again"

"You fucking think she deserves to be abused?!" I shout at Miles as I push him up against the wall sending more punches to his face and stomach. "Huh? Answer me you fucking asshole!" I shout rage running through my veins "I-I was drunk I didn't mean what I said" I shake my head glaring hard at him "You ever touch her again without her consent I swear to Fucking god I'll kill you myself" And that's the last thing I say before leaving.

"I'll be there in a second!" I shout as I hear someone knock on the front door once again I quickly run over and open the front door only to see a woman. "Hello? Can I help you?" I ask her leaning against the front door "Hi my names Yvonne, I was looking for Toby I'm his girlfriend"
