CRIES. CRIES UNCONTROLLABLY. I DID IT. OH GOD. ARGH
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was Wednesday evening. The day was moving really slowly, a hour felt like a day. When Jung kook lounged around at home, he just sighed and rubbed his temples in irritation. He tried to mess around in the house, rummaging through shelves and cupboards, trying his best to find a hand held gun stored somewhere.
But no luck, he couldn't find any but dusty books and thick binders of files and documents. He folded his arms in irritation and sat down heavily on the dining table, swinging his legs.
"You look frustrated." Wonwoo commented. "What's the matter, lost something?"
"No."
"Yeah right." The man retaliates. "I've forgotten to return you something." The man had wet hair, as if he just got out of a hot shower, with a towel threw in his shoulder and a t-shirt to cover up his body.
"What is it?" Jung kook asked, getting curious. If it was something he needed, he would thank Wonwoo big time.
The man purses his lips and went to the kitchen. He swung open a hidden cupboard concealed in the wall and took something out. Something black and shiny. Jung kook's eyes immediately widened and he swore that his eyes actually, legitimately sparkled.
"Here, you can have it back." Wonwoo said, tossing the hand held gun towards Jung kook. "I don't have bullets though, I hate touching, much less keeping, these... things."
"Thanks!" Jung kook squeaked, turning the weapon around in his hands. He examined for scratches and dents. The gun was quite new, the groves of the handle could still be seen and the metal was pushed fairly well. He glanced at it one last time before setting it on the table, no reluctant to bring it to the hotel.
"Should I tell Taehyung?" Jung kook muttered, eyeing the black metal.
"Tell what?" Wonwoo asked, raising an eyebrow. "Spill it."
Jung kook actually backed away from Wonwoo's voice. He seemed demanding, he wasn't usually like that, Wonwoo was always kind and calm, he was directly opposite of that. The man went towards the younger, keeping his voice low and insistent.
"You are going somewhere. Your eyes are saying that you are dreading something. " Wonwoo clenched his jaw and balled his fist before going away, Jung kook's heart pounded uncontrollably, he gulped before grabbing the gun from the table and wrapped it in his sweater before heading to the rooms.
It was the time of the meeting, Wonwoo drove Taehyung and Jung kook to Fullerton hotel. The man was quiet the whole trip, he was focused on driving, his grip so tight on the road that his knuckles turned snowy white. He was suspecting something that was going to happen, he needs to keep a close eye on Jung kook.
He muttered a small "good bye" before averting his eyes away from the flashing lights and the main entrance. He did not really understand the purpose of having a. Red carpet when it was going get trampled any ways. He made sure that Taehyung and Jung kook made to the hotel safely before driving away.
Wonwoo parked the car at the car park before exiting the warm vehicle. He rushed into the building's backdoor, dusting the snow from his shoulder and hand. He let out a frustrated groan as he saw many people dressed in suits and along with fancy ties. Finding and keeping an eye on Jung kook would be hard.
He slipped through the mass amount of people carrying champagne and wine glasses. At times like this, he would enjoy a glass of red wine, but he had other matter to tend to. He saw a glimpse of Taehyung's light grey suit and Jung kook with a black colored one. The brunette was talking with others whilst holding hands with Jung kook.
