Well it's been a long time since I've updated this so I thought it would be good to write some more. Like a reallllyy looooonngggg time. Hope you like it!

Eliza was not doing well. Eliza was a very sensitive person, and she was heartbroken. She could barely even look at Alex. Still, she went on with her life. She didn't talk to Alex anymore, or to Maria. She didn't talk to John much anymore either. She spent most of her time with Angelica.

John was doing better than Eliza. He was devastated too, of course, but he had started talking to Alex again. It was very awkward between them but at least they talked. John had warned Alex to stay away from Eliza, though, because he knew that it would just upset her.

Peggy was doing alright. She was more subdued than usual, and she avoided Maria and Alex, but she still hung out with John, and she still had her beautiful laugh.

Maria, meanwhile, was a mess. She missed school often, she was almost always crying, she didn't get enough sleep, her clothes were always wrinkled, and her grades were going down. She needed help, love, support, but no one cared about her anymore. John, Eliza, Angelica, and Peggy were angry at her, she didn't want to talk to Alex and Alex didn't want to talk to her. She wasn't close to Lafayette or Hercules, and they probably wouldn't want to be now. Alexander's friend Aaron Burr and his friends were mean to her.

Angelica felt sorry for her sisters, but she had problems of her own. She had gotten the flu, probably from Eliza, and it had worsened. She couldn't go to school and she felt horrible. She was completely miserable.

It was Saturday, and all the Schuyler sisters were at home together. Angelica was laying on the couch in the living room, breathing deeply and listening to her sisters talk.

"It sucks," said Peggy, rubbing Eliza's back. "I can't believe they would do that. I really thought Alex was better than that."

"Whoa, hold on," said Eliza, sitting up straighter. "Alex? It was just as much Maria's fault, don't blame Alex."

"I guess, but you've seen the way Alex looks at Maria, he liked her for a long time, it was probably his idea-"

"No way, I'm sure it was Maria's idea, she just can't keep her hands off other people, can she-"

"Hey, don't talk about Maria like that! You were already dating two people, what do you care if Alex goes off with Maria, I'm sure it's fine with you guys-"

"Just because we're poly doesn't mean cheating is okay! I still have feelings even though I'm poly! And I bet Alex wouldn't have cheated if it weren't for Maria!"

"Stop it with Maria! I bet it was Alex's fault, he's such a-"

"SHUT UP!" screamed Angelica, and both of her sisters looked at her in surprise. "Guys, stop it. Both of them cheated, arguing about who did it isn't going to help. I get that you're both upset, but you need to stop." Angelica stood up, but immediately felt dizzy and sat down again. "And you're giving me a headache." She coughed violently, then looked down at her elbow (because you should always cough into your elbow, not your hand), realizing she had coughed up blood. She felt dizzier. It seemed like the room was spinning. She could her Eliza's voice, but it sounded distant. Angelica collapsed onto the floor, unconscious.

Eliza and Peggy rushed forwards and shook their sister, trying to wake her up. They screamed her name, but her eyes stayed closed, not waking.

A/N I don't know anything about hospitals or anything so if I get anything wrong I'm sorry.

Peggy paced around the hospital waiting room, biting her nails. Her and Eliza had asked John to come, because he was their best friend and they needed moral support while they waited to find out about Angelica. They had also asked Alex to come, because he had been one of Angelica's best friends, and she had asked for him.

John rushed into the room, with Alex close behind him. "Peggy... are you alright? What's going on? Where is Angelica?"

Peggy bit her lip and walked over to John. She burst into tears and put her arms around his neck, sobbing into his shoulder. "I-I was arguing with Eliza... I-It was so stupid... A-and I was being mean... I said something mean about you guys John, I'm sorry... I-It was really offensive... I said something mean about poly people John, I'm sorry... I didn't mean it... A-and then Angie got upset... Because we were fighting... A-and she was so sick... A-and she just collapsed... What if she dies, John... A-and we were fighting... J-john, I didn't mean to... I-I-I just..."

John stroked Peggy's hair. "Shhh... Peggy, it's okay, it's not your fault. Angie'll be fine. It's not your fault, okay?"

Eliza was sitting by herself, staring. Alexander walked over to her. "Are you okay?" he asked softly, placing his hand on hers.

Eliza yanked her hand away. "I'm fine, Alexander. I don't need you. Please, go away," she whispered. Alex blinked and stood up, walking away from her.

A doctor entered the waiting room. Eliza stood up quickly. "So? Is she okay? Is she going to survive?"

The doctor hesitated. "We don't really know. It doesn't look great. She's had a bad case of pneumonia and hasn't been taking antibiotics. She's probably not going to live." Eliza sank back into her chair, putting her head into her hands. Peggy rested her head on John's shoulder. "You can go see her if you want, she probably doesn't have a lot of time."

All of them went into the room where Angelica was. She had a plastic mask over her face. She smiled at them.

"Alex," she said, her voice raspy. "Come here."

Alexander walked up to Angelica and took her hand. "Take care of my sister, okay?"

"Of course," replied Alex. "She's too good for me, isn't she."

"Definitely," said Angelica, and they both laughed.

"Peggy, Eliza, come here." Peggy and Eliza took Angelica's hands.

"I love you guys. I'm going to miss you," said Angelica.

"No, no, stop it Angie, you're fine," said Peggy desperately.

"Eliza..." said Angelica. "I love you... More than anything in this life..."

Angelica's hands dropped out of Eliza's and Peggy's, and her breathing came to a stop.

O.o I'm sorry. Thanks for reading! Wow it has been a while since I updated. Anyway, please, vote and comment, it makes me so happy. Thanks so much.
