So, its been so long since I have updated that I have completely forgotten what I was doing in this book. I do remember that I was posting recommendations for good books, but one of my criteria (I vaguely recall) was that they have to be almost completed/ completed/ regularly updated. Well this book is the opposite - there is just enough of it to make you yearn for more...
By a fluke, I have been introduced to Asian tv-series, more specifically, Moon Lovers, Ryeo. Any theme reflects in all aspect of my life, so I found myself searching for Asian themed books on Wattpad. I found this Bǎoshí (totally Google translated precious gem) and now I am highly recommending it to you. Enjoy.
Book: Xuanlong, Steel and Fang

Status: ongoing (please, please update and update some more)
Comment: I love this story line it is very rare that you find a book that has so much potential (and fulfilling it with every word).
Summary: Soldiers are a common theme in the war torn empire Lihua lives in, so when her parents arrange a marriage for her to a poor soldier who has nothing on his name and nothing to offer her, she isn't that surprised. A woman's job is to marry and have children, so Lihua doesn't expect much from her betrothed. However, her husband-to-be is possibly destined for greater things and a single dream is all it takes to rise as the Xuanlong.
P.S it's almost Christmas (i can't believe it!) and I am done with exams. I will try to update every five days (maybe more often). I am planning to include some of my favourite Wattpad wonders for a white Christmas (wow, w-alliteration). If you have any favourites, let me know and i will be sure to include them.
I am also looking for a holiday themes cover. If you have the gift (or know someone who does), it's on my list (please be so generous to put it underneath my tree... or in my sock... or just in my mail box would suffice).

De TodoI often find myself aimlessly scrolling through Wattpad recommendations, what's hot, undiscovered etc. in search of the book that will be the centre of my universe for the next day or two. Frustration. Disappointment. Ugh.... "ain't nobody got time...
