I cried into Max's chest after Kaitlyn left
"Max this is madness we need to stop her!" I say
(No Kaitlyn isn't evil I this book)
Max hugged me
"She'll talk to us when she's ready. But if we see her we need to talk to her" max says
I nod

Kaitlyns pov

"Can I see them? Your bruises?" Kevin asked
I hesitated but nodded
I wiped of my concealer
Kevin looked horrified but then relaxed
"I can fix that up for you... If you want" Kevin asked
"Why would you do that? That's very kind and I'd appreciate it if you do but... We just met... How can you trust me?" I asked
"1. You invited me to your house and not killed me
2. You trusted me
3. I want a new friend because we both don't have any
4. You look like you need help no offense" Kevin says
"God you sound like me" I say laughing
I say down
Kevin went to get some things
He came back with a weird thing
"this might sting a little but it'll help" Kevin says
"Can you get me that pillow please. I feel comfortable holding something while I'm in pain" I said
"What did you hold when you were beating yourself" Kevin asked
"A bat, duh" I said
"Heh here you can hold my hand if you want. Hope it not too awkward" Kevin says chuckling
I smiled
I held his hand as he but the thing on my arms and legs
I kept screaming at the pain
Squeezing Kevin's hand
"It's over..." Kevin says
I opened my eyes
"Why did it sound like you were breaking up with me" I say laughing
"Damn from screaming in pain to laughing man I'm the worlds best friend" Kevin says laughing
"Haha. Very funny. I owe ya one. You hungry? I can make you food" I say
"Sure" Kevin says
I walk to the kitchen
Kevin follows
"Want me to help you?" Kevin asked
"I'd love that." I say smiling lightly
I think I found myself a new best friend

So here's a little background of how I got "KEVINS"as a name. And if my friends from school are reading this, this is not about he boy in my class.
So I was scrolling down a website of popular names for boys (this is how I get most names in my fan fiction because I'm unoriginal 😞)
And saw the name Kevin. I mean who wouldn't fall for a person who's name starts with a k and ends with an n. So Kaitlyn and Kevin. They both start with a k and end with an n so that's why I chose the name Kevin. And yes I know it's stupid 😊.
