Goodbye Jason

Lilimar and Jason have been best friends for six years now and Jason has always liked her but she never felt the same way about him. She loved him but as a brother... at least for now.

"I'll miss you" I tell Jason as I'm about to leave to Cali for a few days

"Me too, hurry back!" He said as he hugged me.

And with that I got in my car and drove off to the airport. I was taking a few days off with my friend Varonica, we were going to visit L.A and go to Disney land.

"Why don't you guys just date already?" She asked me while I texted Jason.

"We've talked about this already, I don't like him that way."

"How can you not like him? Have you seen him?" She asked as if I were blind.

"Yes I get it he's hot, but I don't want to ruin our friendship by dating him."

"Hmm I guess." She said obviously annoyed by my answer.

I just rolled my eyes and continued driving. I started to think of Jason, he was really good looking; tall, tan, the prettiest brown eyes, perfect hair, and not to mention he was the hottest guy in town. All the girls hated me cause they thought we were dating but I just laughed at the fact that they were jealous of me.

We actually talked about dating our sophomore year of high school but we decided to stay friends, at least I did, he still wanted more but at that time I was hung up on some senior who brought me nothing but trouble but that's a story for another day.

"Ok, we're here." I told Veronica while I parked the car.

"Let's get this weekend started!" She yelled as she got her suitcase out of the trunk.

We walked into the airport and checked in our baggage and went to our terminal.

"Can't wait to meet cute boys." She said with so much excitement.

"Me too, so then people can get over me and Jason."

"Now boarding flight to Los Angeles." The intercom said. And with that we stood up and got on the plane. I put my headphones on and fell asleep.
