Mixed Mentality

Panic thoughts racing in my mind
Heart racing and thundering
Hands and legs trembling
No motivation to move
Chained to the same spot
Loneliness crying out
Red stained wrists
Pillows drenched from tears
I'm stuck in this repugnant nightmare
